HR Administrator – £28k + Benefits

Location: Maidenhead (Office Based), Full time, Permanent.

We are looking for an organised, energetic and proactive HR Administrator to join our team during a pivotal time of growth. You won't just be pushing paper; you’ll be part of our journey ensuring we continue to support the business through this period.

You will have an opportunity to play a key role within HR, getting involved in many different areas including the onboarding process, feedback sessions and a variety of projects depending on business requirements, developing your knowledge and gaining valuable experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support across all HR functions
  • New Starter Experience - Supporting with induction planning and on boarding
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation involved with the employee lifecycle
  • Handling HR queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting absence management and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
  • Be involved with employee feedback leading to continuous improvement

 

About You

  • Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn
