Location: We are remote-first. This role can be based in most states in the US.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly self-motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Credit Operations group. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications from prospective Mosaic partners and assisting them throughout our Onboarding process. This is an opportunity to showcase your attention to detail, productivity, and your desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your day-to-day

  • Maintain excellent quality and pace while reviewing 10-15 partner applications daily
  • Follow up with applicants regarding any missing information via phone and email
  • Maintain a 95% or above service level on the onboarding inbound phone line
  • Be proficient in utilizing internal review resources like Salesforce, GIACT, LexisNexis, Ohm Analytics.
  • Review applicants financial documents 
  • Identify suspicious applications and take immediate steps to prevent those applications from progressing
  • Identify suspicious activities during phone interactions and take immediate steps to prevent those applications from progressing
  • Meet or exceed set quality, customer service, and production goals
  • Provide a “WOW” experience to prospective partners

What you bring to the team

  • 1-3 years experience in a high-velocity underwriting and/or partner onboarding team
  • Highly detailed and process oriented 
  • You like working fast and take pride in “getting stuff done”
  • Passion about our partner experience as we are the first touchpoint with a new partner
  • An adaptable mindset to change and try new things to improve our efficiency. The only thing constant in our line of business is change.
  • You’re a team player and enjoy working as a team to accomplish our goals 

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $24-28/hour. The position is eligible for a variable incentive bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
