Junior Compliance & Business Operations Analyst - Belfast

UK

Are you proactive, a great communicator and keen to start or develop your career in a professional business environment?

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our client's Compliance & Business Operations teams. You don't need a university degree or previous experience in compliance - we're looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

You'll have the opportunity to work across one of four specialist areas: Compliance Training, Corporate Independence, Data Management or Personal Independence. Depending on your placement, you'll support business processes, manage queries, work with data, maintain records and help ensure policies and procedures are followed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
  • Managing queries, tasks and workflows, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.
  • Following procedures and helping maintain high standards of compliance and data quality.
  • Updating records, tracking progress and supporting reporting activities.
  • Identifying issues, finding solutions and escalating concerns when needed.
  • Supporting projects and suggesting ways to improve processes.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in your potential than your qualifications. You should be:

  • A great communicator who feels confident speaking to different people and building relationships.
  • Proactive and motivated, willing to take initiative and get things done.
  • Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • A problem-solver who uses common sense, asks questions and knows when to seek support.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and providing a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback and enthusiastic about developing new skills.

You don't need a university degree or specialist compliance experience. Any experience demonstrating communication, customer service, teamwork, organisation or problem-solving- including through education, part-time work, volunteering or extracurricular activities - would be valuable.

Training & Development

You'll receive a dedicated training programme covering consulting and presentation skills, public speaking and stakeholder management, alongside guidance to help you learn the processes and responsibilities of your assigned team.

Ready to take the next step? If you're enthusiastic, people-focused and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience, develop transferable skills and build a foundation for a future career in business operations, compliance and risk management.
