Position Summary

Netradyne is redefining fleet safety and performance through AI-powered video telematics and fleet management. Our technology empowers commercial fleets to operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently and our international presence is growing fast.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Product Marketing, International, based in the UK. This is a true player-coach role — you will lead and develop a distributed team of Product Marketing Managers whilst directly owning the UK and EU PMM remit.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Product Marketing, you will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and product launch execution across international markets. You will be the voice of the international customer inside Netradyne, shaping regional product roadmaps and working in close partnership with Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement to drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Product Marketing & GTM Strategy

  • Own the international PMM strategy and priorities for the UK, EU, India, and APAC; accountable for business outcomes including pipeline contribution, win-rate, product adoption, and attach rates.
  • Translate market, customer, and competitive intelligence into a defensible regional plan; influence executive decisions on regional investment and prioritisation.
  • Partner with international Sales leadership to align PMM priorities with regional revenue targets and pipeline coverage; define and track KPIs with rigour.

Strategic Partner to International Product

  • Act as the voice of the international market within the Product organisation, shaping the regional product roadmap and influencing product, packaging, and pricing decisions.
  • Translate global product capabilities into regionally relevant value propositions and feed market and customer gaps back into product priorities including EU regulatory requirements, UK fleet workflows, India market dynamics, and APAC localisation needs.

Positioning, Messaging & Product Launches

  • Own positioning and messaging for the international product portfolio; steward the Netradyne narrative across all markets and represent the brand externally with customers, partners, and analysts.
  • Lead multi-market launch strategy and execution end-to-end — from market readiness through to enablement, partner activation, and post-launch optimisation — whilst directly owning UK/EU launches.
  • Establish consistent launch playbooks and GTM metrics that the team adopts across all regions.

Cross-Functional GTM & Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Growth Marketing to drive regional pipeline and brand awareness, aligning on shared priorities and delivering messaging, launch assets, and campaign narratives.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership to build and maintain enablement toolkits including presentations, battlecards, demo scripts, ROI tools, and competitive intelligence — tuned to regional sales motions.

Team Leadership & Ways of Working

  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of PMMs based in India; hire and develop high-performing talent and build a high-trust, high-performance team culture across time zones.
  • Set team OKRs, allocate work and capacity across regions, and manage the international PMM budget within delegated authority.
  • Drive AI adoption across PMM workflows to deliver measurable productivity gains; communicate strategy, performance, and priorities to senior leadership with executive-ready clarity.

Essential Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a people-management role leading PMM teams.
  • Proven success leading product marketing across international markets, ideally with direct experience across the UK, EU, India, and/or APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a player-coach: managing a distributed PMM team whilst personally owning hands-on PMM execution for a defined region or segment.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on market and customer insight.
  • Proven launch leadership: experience owning multi-market product launches end-to-end, from positioning through field readiness and post-launch optimisation.
  • Exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills; able to translate complex technology into clear, outcome-based value for B2B buyers.
  • Experience partnering with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and seller productivity.
  • Strong people leadership: experience hiring, coaching, and developing PMMs in a high-performance culture.
  • Data fluency: able to connect PMM activity to pipeline, adoption, win-rate, and revenue outcomes with analytical rigour.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external audiences including customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • High bar for AI-native ways of working: actively uses AI tools to drive quality and productivity across PMM workflows.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in fleet management, transportation, telematics, IoT, mobility, computer vision, or AI-powered enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scaling SaaS environment (Series C through to post-IPO).
  • Experience managing teams or stakeholders across India and multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with EU and UK data privacy and regulatory considerations relevant to commercial fleet technology.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in the United Kingdom (Nuneaton, Workwickshire)  and operates on a hybrid working model. Periodic international travel will be required (estimated 20–30% of working time) across the UK, EU, India, APAC, and to Netradyne’s San Diego headquarters.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
