About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive innovation across our Noom Med signup and purchase journey. You’ll work to evolve the Med purchase flow and play a vital role in expanding our Med offerings to support our mission of delivering whole-person health at scale.

You Will

  • Drive ideation, prioritization, and execution for various Noom Med signup and purchase flows.
  • Use data, research, and experimentation to identify and implement high-impact improvements in user conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, marketing, engineering, data science, and leadership to drive initiatives that expand Med offerings and grow adoption.
  • Help define and execute our growth strategy for Noom Med, contributing to a new flagship product in an evolving and competitive healthcare landscape.

About You

You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or product management within a consumer tech environment.
  • Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex, high-impact initiatives autonomously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in A/B testing, data analysis, and market/user research.
  • Deep customer empathy and understanding of user psychology and behavior.
  • Scrappy, curious, and impact-driven, with a bias toward rapid learning and experimentation.
  • Experience launching, scaling, and optimizing consumer products, ideally within digital health or wellness.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, especially with marketing and growth stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with strategies to improve traffic quality and acquisition efficiency.

Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000–$238,000.
  • The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position for US-based candidates. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, role scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

  • Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs, etc.

Location

  • This position is a hybrid role, with 1-3 days a week on-site required in one of our offices:
    • New York, NY, USA (preferred)
    • Princeton, NJ, USA 
  • Exceptionally strong remote candidates willing to travel to a Noom office up to once per month will be considered on a case-by-case basis
