Bellevue, Washington

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human

Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

Join the Okta Device Access (ODA) team as an outcome-driven and customer-focused Senior Product Manager. Okta Device Access unifies access management from any device to all applications to minimize modern security risks and improve business efficiency.

As a Senior Product Manager for Okta Device Access, you will own key product areas and contribute to the continued evolution of ODA to meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and design to define how enterprise organizations secure and manage identity on Windows endpoints - from Okta-joined device enrollment to passwordless authentication and migration from legacy AD environments.. If you’re passionate about improving customer security and engaging with a vibrant community, we’re looking for you. Your primary responsibilities in these areas will include:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the Okta Device Access for Windows
  • Own the enterprise migration story from Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID to Okta-managed device identities
  • Drive the Okta-joined device experience end-to-end: from enrollment and provisioning to passwordless flows and partner integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and research teams to define and document user stories and use-cases to guide product development.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
  • Develop, research, and clearly communicate product strategies across different levels of stakeholders and leadership chain
  • Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
  • Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
  • Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition
  • Be the subject matter expert for your product area and help enable your counterparts in the core product, Marketing, and tech partnerships teams.
  • Lead a scrum team of stellar engineers and deliver key features with high quality in the communicated timelines
  • Be a thought leader for your product area, and stay on top of the latest innovations and competitive landscape
  • Work with Product Marketing to clearly articulate Okta's differentiation versus market alternatives

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS
  • Developed a phased roadmap for complex or abstract projects, and executed the roadmap to deliver a product that customers loved
  • Strong knowledge of Domain or Entra joined Windows concepts
  • Strong communication (presentation, verbal and written) and collaboration skills. You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated business results from products, features or capabilities you have shipped.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs.
  • Passion for Okta’s huge opportunity and growth potential, and general thirst for learning with an ability to go broad and deep across business and technical contexts.
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or technical degree that allows you to rationalize and influence technical design decisions.
  • Functional leadership experience, MBA, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiar with Okta and how the technology works for Okta Device Access, Okta Verify, and Access Management
  • Direct experience or practical knowledge of device concepts such as Domain Joining, Passwordless Device Authentication, MDM profiles and policies

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
