Sr. Program Manager, Global Enablement Strategic Revenue

Chicago, Illinois

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human

Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.

This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, highly strategic, and deeply creative Senior Program Manager, Strategic Revenue Enablement, to join the Field Enablement team at Okta. Operating as a critical individual contributor on our team, you will be one of the lead architects behind our high-impact, strategic revenue programs.

You will be responsible for owning, designing, orchestrating and executing key and "always-on" initiatives engineered to accelerate pipeline creation, scale annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, and drive rapid product adoption across the field.

In this role, you will be part of a team that acts as a primary conduit between Product, Marketing, and the Field, ensuring all enablement strategies, content, and execution models are seamlessly aligned with company-wide GTM goals and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Enablement Strategy & Program Ownership: Own and execute highly complex, cross-functional enablement programs. Help lead the global sales enablement marketing strategy developing repeatable programs, messaging frameworks, pitch materials, and playbooks that drive ARR pipeline growth and help sellers communicate Okta’s value.
  • Lead Lap Program Partnership: Partner with the program lead on the weekly production, programming, and content execution of Lead Lap (our weekly GTM broadcast for customer-facing teams). Co-manage a rolling 6-8 week roadmap, coordinate peer-led "what to know, say, and do" segments, and drive metrics to increase viewership and CSAT.
  • Building the Story Arc: Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product launches, positioning, pricing, and competitive intelligence into clear, compelling "story arcs" and easy-to-use sales content (including sales plays).
  • Internal Presentation & Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a primary presenter and evangelist across internal audiences. Deliver high-energy enablement sessions, product webinars, and rollouts that drive behavior change. Incorporate external perspectives including customers, executives, and industry experts to deepen seller market knowledge.
  • Creative Motions & Experiential Enablement: Drive creative enablement motions beyond traditional static decks. Build and scale immersive, experiential seller education—including in-person/hybrid workshops, roadshows, and interactive call scripts across priority Okta hub locations.
  • Continuous Innovation ("What's Next, New, and Better"): Actively audit existing enablement programs and seller adoption to creatively optimize our work. Research and pitch innovative trends to keep programs ahead of the curve. Partner with Customer Marketing to turn customer stories and testimonials into compelling sales proof points.
  • Scalable Content Engine: Transform live enablement sessions, customer conversations, events and announcements into a scalable engine of reusable video, digital, and written content. Align enablement with Okta’s priority events to ensure sellers convert event momentum into continued sales action.
  • Reporting & Operational Analytics: Partner on the design of robust measurement frameworks to track program adoption, content engagement, feedback, ROI, and ARR impact. Regularly communicate transparent, data-driven outcomes directly to key stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience across sales enablement, product marketing, demand generation, GTM strategy, or program experiences in a fast-paced B2B technology SaaS environment.
  • Strategic Program Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-visibility projects from concept to launch with exceptional operational discipline. Experience building roadshows, field activations, or experiential programs tied to business outcomes.
  • Storytelling & Presentation: Mastery in building narrative story arcs and distilling complex products or market trends into engaging seller content. Confident presenting to large internal audiences and executive stakeholders.
  • Creative Innovation Mindset: History of implementing creative, non-traditional solutions ("creative motions") to solve seller adoption and enablement challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success partnering across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, Events, and Revenue Operations without direct authority.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions, GTM funnels, pipeline generation, and security/identity buyer personas.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using seller feedback and performance insights to continuously optimize and improve programming.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibly travel as required for priority enablement programs, hub events, and field engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Highspot).
  • Experience incorporating customers, executives, or industry influencers into B2B enablement and event programming.
  • Experience delivering programs across global markets and distributed sales teams.
