About the Role: 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of eCommerce - Site Merchandising, the Coordinator, eCommerce – Site Merchandising is a key position helping our organization execute our e-commerce strategies. In this role, you will be a critical part of merchandising the site to support all commercial activations.  You will be the main liaison with our customer service, warehouse & operational teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product setup within Shopify across all markets. Ensuring on-time launches with best-in-class execution 
  • Supports the Associate Manager eCommerce – Site Merchandising with local site content refreshes within Shopify (including promotion setup & supporting campaign content i.e. HP billboard, PLP touts, etc)
  • Supports Associate Manager eCommerce – Site Merchandising with creative brief creation & tracking brief from end to end (i.e. asset handoff) 
  • Collaborate with the ops team to track inventory for new product launches, samples and merchandise
  • Verify inventory for promotional skus, such as samples, in advance of promotions & make site merchandising recommendations to E-commerce & CRM leads based on data 
  • Main liaison with Ops, Warehouse & Customer Service teams for any inventory or promotion related questions or tasks 
  • Maintains Olaplex.com activation calendar & ecom product master files
  • Submits any necessary site translations needed to our translation vendor 
  • Stay up to date on beauty ecommerce trends, best practices & maintain a library of competitive examples 
  • Key participant in QA & UAT for site & CRM activations

About You:  

  • 1-2+ years e-commerce experience 
  • Must know Shopify, Google Analytics 4 & Google Merchant Center
  • Nice to have if they know Builder.io, Jira & Confluence, but not necessary 
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced & dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with multiple teams

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $66,000 - $75,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
