About the Role: 

This is a key support role within the International Communications team, reporting into the International Integrated Communications Lead. The role will support the day-to-day coordination and operational management of international PR, influencer and communications activity across key markets, working closely with Global and regional teams, agencies, distributors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, operationally strong and culturally connected, with experience across influencer relations, PR coordination and communications logistics within a fast-paced beauty, fashion or lifestyle environment. This role requires someone comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, maintaining timelines and ensuring strong execution across launches, influencer activity, retail partnerships and integrated communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Communications & Campaign Coordination

  • Act as a key coordinator across international PR and influencer activity, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across markets (EMEA)
  • Support the rollout and operational management of international product launches, campaigns and integrated brand moments; mailers to in-person events
  • Communicate timelines, update trackers and support workflows across internal teams and agency partners
  • Coordinate launch logistics including product ordering, shipment tracking, sample management and market distribution timelines

Agency & Partner Management

  • Support the day-to-day management of PR, Trade and influencer agency partners
  • Ensure clear briefs, timelines and deliverables are communicated and tracked effectively - internally and externally
  • Support ongoing coordination between Global, regional markets, distributors and external partners

Influencer & Platform Management

  • Coordinate and maintain influencer and communications tracking platforms including Tribe, CreatorIQ and ShopMY/ affiliate program where relevant
  • Support influencer approvals, content tracking, live-date management and campaign coordination in partnership with paid influencer agency partners
  • Monitor influencer activity, campaign performance and content delivery timelines

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Oversee reporting workflows in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor setup and invoice management to support campaign and agency operations.
  • Support competitive benchmarking, trend monitoring and market research to help inform communications planning

Events & Market Activation

  • Support the coordination of Sephora activations, PR events, influencer moments and retail partnerships
  • Coordinate guest lists, gifting logistics, sample tracking and event support where required in partnership with agencies
  • Work cross-functionally with Global, Sales, Education, Digital and Marketing teams to support integrated campaign execution

About You:  

  • 2-3 years’ experience within PR, influencer marketing, communications or brand partnerships, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle sectors. Haircare advantageous.
  • Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with influencer, affiliate and communications platforms including Tribe, ShopMY, CreatorIQ and related PR reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, PR and social media landscapes
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working within fast-paced environments and managing timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Digitally and culturally engaged, with a strong understanding of pop culture, creators, social trends and the evolving influencer landscape
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills
