About the Role: 

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing developing accounts within a defined market and business channel. This role supports account execution, sales performance, and cross-functional delivery in partnership with internal teams. The Associate Manager owns their account performance while also supporting broader commercial activities and accounts across the market. 

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage strategic customer relationships and execute joint business plans 
  • Manage business plan execution, including but not limited to launching new products, delivery of product marketing and training support, meeting customer deadlines, managing customer orders, and supporting forecasting
  • Lead regular business reviews with developing accounts and provide account updates, promotional activities, and market trends 
  • Ensure timely communication of pricing, orders, credits, and sales support 
  • Visit customers regularly within the market to ensure Olaplex standards and objectives are achieved, and to assess and execute key opportunities to maximize sales and profitability

Account Support

  • Support Account Managers with account management tasks, including promotional calendar updates, order tracking, and internal coordination 
  • Assist in preparing joint business plan materials, reports, and presentation decks 
  • Respond to day-to-day customer requests under supervision 

Execution 

  • Coordinate the execution of brand and education activations with partnerships from the Marketing and Education teams 
  • Monitor product availability, pricing communication, and on-time delivery 
  • Assist with basic sales and KPI reporting as needed 

About You:  

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or a related commercial role 
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfort with Excel, presentations, and CRM tools 
  • Eager to learn and grow within commercial environment 
  • Fluent in English and key market specific languages
