Role:  Account Executive

Location:  Madrid, Spain

 

About the role: 

As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with the client and the studio team to support project delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets. You'll report to the Account Director in Spain and join a team of 23. This is a learning-focused role. You'll contribute to live projects, build your understanding of the client's brand and ways of working, and develop your account management skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Support the delivery of advertising campaigns on time, working within the client's brand guidelines
  • Build detailed project timing plans and keep them up to date
  • Communicate clearly with the client to understand their goals and expectations
  • Keep the team and client informed on project progress
  • Monitor project progress, flag issues early and help resolve them with support from senior colleagues
  • Coordinate studio resources so projects run smoothly from brief to delivery
  • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms
  • Build positive working relationships with the client and the wider team
  • Help ensure deliverables meet the client's needs and OLIVER's quality standards
  • Support client growth by contributing to projects and spotting opportunities to add value
  • Use Gen AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, with human judgement applied to every output

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with client services or project coordination, gained through work, study, volunteering or self-directed learning
  • Exposure to digital, print, video or POS deliverables and formats, or a keen interest in learning them
  • Clear written and verbal communication, so goals and updates are easy to understand
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, from timelines to budgets
  • A proactive approach to spotting challenges and raising them early
  • A focus on the client's vision and what they need from each deliverable
  • Flexibility when project requirements change

Gen AI and Agentic Thinking

  • Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to account management
  • Curiosity about how AI can improve work quality and output
  • Willingness to develop prompting skills and learn AI-assisted workflows
  • An agentic mindset: the ability to break tasks into steps and find efficient solutions
