Associate Technical Recruiter

Miami, Florida

Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 5,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join OneImaging’s growing Talent team. You’ll play an important role in helping us identify, engage, and hire exceptional engineering talent as we continue to scale.

This role will own recruiting efforts across technical roles while also helping OneImaging build a strong presence within the Miami technology community. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders across the business, source and engage talented candidates, manage recruiting processes, and participate in local events and networking opportunities to build relationships with engineers in the market. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, highly organized, and excited to take on meaningful responsibility while growing their career alongside a fast-growing company.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Miami area and available to participate in local recruiting, networking, and community events as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Recruit for technical roles across Engineering and other growing areas of the business, supporting candidates throughout the full recruiting process.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality engineering talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and priorities for each search.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, motivations, and alignment with OneImaging.
  • Create a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and strong relationship building.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talented engineers for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Attend and support local Miami technology, engineering, recruiting, and networking events to build relationships and increase awareness of OneImaging.
  • Help identify opportunities for OneImaging to participate in local events, partnerships, meetups, and other talent-focused initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruiting information in Greenhouse.
  • Partner with the broader Talent team on recruiting projects, process improvements, employer branding, and other initiatives as the company grows.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role, with some experience supporting technical or engineering hiring.
  • Experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines, particularly for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
  • Strong interest in technology, startups, and building high-performing engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Hungry, ambitious, curious, and motivated to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
  • Excited to spend time in the Miami technology community and build relationships with talented engineers.
  • Must be based in the Miami area.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience recruiting engineers or other technical talent at a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Experience attending or helping coordinate recruiting events, meetups, university programs, or other talent community initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools.
  • A strong existing network or familiarity with the Miami startup and technology ecosystem.
  • A track record of taking initiative and consistently looking for ways to improve how things are done.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
