About the Job Opportunity

The Product Marketing Manager supports the execution of go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for PartsSource solutions. This role works closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into clear, compelling messaging and high-impact content that drives pipeline generation and accelerates deal cycles.

You will play a key role in enabling sales effectiveness, supporting product launches, and ensuring consistency across messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.


What You’ll Do

Go-to-Market Execution & Product Launch Support

(Marketing – Product Marketing: Product Launch Execution, Go-to-Market Strategy)

  • Support execution of product marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives aligned to portfolio growth objectives
  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to ensure consistency across launches, campaigns, and messaging
  • Contribute to launch readiness by developing messaging, materials, and supporting assets
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure aligned execution across teams

Messaging, Content & Value Proposition Development

(Marketing – Product Marketing: Value Proposition Design, Content Development)

  • Translate complex healthcare workflows (clinical, operational, HTM) into clear, compelling messaging
  • Develop high-quality marketing and sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI tools
  • Tailor messaging to priority audiences, segments, and use cases
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

(Marketing – Product Marketing: Sales Enablement)

  • Develop enablement materials that improve sales confidence, messaging consistency, and deal execution
  • Support training efforts and create tools that help Sales articulate value effectively
  • Partner with Sales to understand objections, deal dynamics, and content needs
  • Contribute to improving pipeline conversion and deal velocity through better enablement

Market Research & Insights

(Marketing – Product Marketing: Market and Product Knowledge, Value Proposition Design)

  • Conduct foundational market, customer, and competitive research
  • Translate insights into actionable messaging and content improvements
  • Support positioning refinement based on market trends and feedback
  • Contribute to ongoing understanding of customer needs and buying behavior

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

(Business & Process Excellence – Stakeholder Management; Project Management)

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops
  • Manage project workflows to ensure deliverables are accurate and on time
  • Gather and incorporate field feedback to continuously improve content and messaging
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain execution quality

What You’ll Bring

Your Background

  • 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related B2B roles
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and product launches
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and customer-facing materials
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Experience building ROI narratives and customer proof points
  • Experience working with analytics or data-driven solutions
