About the Job Opportunity
The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination and governance of enterprise software implementations and strategic customer programs. This role ensures successful delivery from scoping through benefits realization while delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
You will operate at the center of customer, product, and operations—driving execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring customers realize measurable value from PartsSource solutions.
What You’ll Do
Implementation Planning & Scope Definition
(Customer Experience – Customer Onboarding: Implementation Coordination; Business & Process Excellence – Project Management)
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate project requirements into formal Statements of Work (SOW)
- Present and align SOWs with customers, ensuring clear expectations and sign-off
- Develop standardized service descriptions and repeatable deployment frameworks
Project Delivery & Execution
(Business & Process Excellence – Project Management; Customer Success – Success Planning)
- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
Governance & Stakeholder Management
(Business & Process Excellence – Stakeholder Management; Program Governance)
- Drive execution against project milestones and delivery schedules
- Facilitate status updates, governance forums, and Steering Committee meetings
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain templates and tools to ensure consistency across implementations
Adoption, Change Management & Value Realization
(Customer Experience – Customer Success: Adoption & Value Realization)
- Lead change management efforts to support customer adoption of new solutions
- Validate achievement of expected outcomes prior to project closure
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and operational teams
- Continuously improve implementation processes and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
Your Background
- 3–6+ years of experience in Project Management, Engagement Management, or Implementation roles
- Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organizations
- Experience managing projects with integrations and third-party dependencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, HTM, or technology-enabled services
- Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
