About the Job Opportunity

To help us build and maintain reliable, scalable systems that improve customer experience, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and production operations while partnering closely with Software Engineering teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career DevOps professional who enjoys automation, troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure our systems remain secure, available, and performant while contributing to a modern cloud-native technology environment.


What You’ll Do

Infrastructure & DevOps Operations

(Technology – IT/Infrastructure: Cloud Infrastructure & Virtualization; Systems Administration)

  • Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining development tools, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
  • Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
  • Contribute to automation of development, testing, and release processes
  • Assist with deployment of product updates and infrastructure changes

CI/CD & Software Delivery

(Technology – DevOps: Monitoring & Observability; Software Development: Version Control & Deployment)

  • Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Argo Workflows, or similar tools
  • Partner with Software Engineers to ensure development follows established DevOps practices
  • Assist with GitOps and deployment automation initiatives
  • Help improve release reliability and deployment efficiency

Production Support, Monitoring & Reliability

(Technology – Systems & Applications: Systems Thinking; IT Service Management)

  • Participate in production support triage, escalation processes, and on-call rotations
  • Monitor system health, service level objectives (SLOs), and operational KPIs using Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana, and related tools
  • Perform root cause analysis on production issues and support remediation efforts
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting and operational procedures

Security, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

(Technology – Cybersecurity: Security Operations & Monitoring; Compliance & Security Frameworks)

  • Support vulnerability scanning, patching, and security remediation activities
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare and security standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and platform operations

What You’ll Bring

Your Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technical roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Experience working in collaborative Agile development environments

Technical Experience

  • AWS cloud services and infrastructure concepts
  • Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, and containerized workloads
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, or equivalent)
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Argo Workflows, or similar)
  • Monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana)
  • Scripting with PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, or Python
  • Git and GitHub source control workflows
  • SQL and database technologies (MSSQL, DB2) and familiarity with NoSQL platforms

Preferred

  • Experience with .NET environments, IIS, Redis, RabbitMQ, or RavenDB
  • Familiarity with GitOps practices
  • Exposure to healthcare technology or regulated environments
