About the Opportunity

The Supply Administrator performs a variety of functions including monitoring inventory levels and managing of manufacturing and janitorial supplies, record-keeping and other administrative duties.  

What You'll Do:

  • Oversees inventory level and distribution for manufacturing and janitorial supplies (including uniforms and mats) and submits a requisition order to purchasing  
  • Supports the Purchasing Specialist with placing orders for manufacturing material, submitting quote requests, data entry, and purchase order follow ups 
  • Labels items and organizes storage area 
  • Issues supplies to the appropriate department or person and maintains supply issue log 
  • Orders company uniforms for new associates upon receiving the approval from the Controller 
  • Coordinates pick-up and delivery for uniform cleaning service 
  • Checks if all issued uniforms are returned upon employee’s departure; cancels the account and notifies HR and Accounting; forwards the incoming invoices to accounting 
  • Performs all other job tasks as needed 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently  
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and self-motivated 
  • Must be resourceful and able to work under ambiguity
  • Must be able to work overtime as required 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) 
  • 1+ years of purchase order entry experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)   

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime as needed
  • Weekends as needed

Work Setting:

  • On-site only

Job Type: Full-time

California Pay Range

$20 - $24 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
