SUMMARY:

Our group is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core US based team. We are looking for a people person with the willingness to help us conquer the world. Our group works with React, Node.js, Python and GIS technologies in a flexible and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing core product features. This is a fully remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a next-generation GIS & analytics web app on React.
  • Build end-to-end development of new and existing features including client and server-side code, database schemas, and communication APIs.
  • Design and develop overall architecture of the web application and GIS related modules.
  • Design, implement and deploy E2E features. 
  • Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years as a Full Stack developer.
  • Deep understanding in Node.js.
  • Deep understanding in React.
  • Deep understanding in state management technology such as Redux, MobX, NgRx, Zustand.
  • CS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-initiated and quick learner.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Hands on knowledge of Open Source GIS Technologies, like Mapbox.
  • Experience with web-gl and canvas related technologies.
  • Experience with Design systems.
  • Experience with client performance optimizations.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
