THE RUNDOWN
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide professional support across multiple HR functions, with assigned tasks including onboarding & offboarding of employees, personnel records and HRIS data maintenance, compensation structure support, benefits administration, and other areas as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with confidential information.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Kick off onboarding and offboarding processes in HRIS and partner with Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HR Programs teams to ensure seamless transitions and positive experiences for employees

Maintain employee files, ensuring all documents are added in a timely manner

Ensure data accuracy in HRIS by entering promotions, job changes, manager updates & compensation changes

Monitor HR inbox, engage with employees to resolve issues quickly. Escalate complex questions to team members as needed

Prepare and distribute weekly headcount and ad hoc reports for division leaders

Assist with benefit enrollments, life event approval and support the annual open enrollment planning process

Upload monthly demographic and eligibility files to benefit carriers and ensure timely reconciliation

Assist with year-end merit, promotion and bonus planning processes

Assist with employee compliance training launch, track completion of trainings and perform outreach to employees as needed

Review & approve 401(k) distribution requests and support retirement plan admin activities

Process other HRIS transactions including password reset requests & employee change workflow approvals

Assist with HRIS system testing, enhancements & process improvements

Support audits and data validation efforts related to federal & state compliance laws, compensation & benefits

Other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred

1-2 years of experience in HR support

Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred

Strong analytical and reporting skills; some familiarity with Excel

Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Working knowledge of compensation planning and benefits administration preferred
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position primarily operates in a professional office or remote environment

Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer

Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company events
