Playfly Sports is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in our Berwyn, PA office.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have a crucial role supporting talent acquisition endeavors, with a primary emphasis on scheduling, coordination, and sourcing. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about employee culture and providing an outstanding recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Own and execute end-to-end coordination of the recruiting process, including job postings, intake meetings, candidate screenings/interviews, scheduling, and debrief sessions.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience across all stages.
- Assist with sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Review and evaluate inbound applicants from multiple channels while also driving outbound sourcing strategies.
- Manage and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics, including scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Oversee recruiting communications, including shared inboxes and internal coordination channels.
- Maintain and organize recruiter calendars and team schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Administer and enhance the employee referral program to drive internal engagement and candidate flow.
- Track and report on recruiting pipeline activity, providing regular updates to hiring teams.
- Support offer processes, including drafting and coordinating offer and transition letters as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR and Talent teams to compile and analyze recruiting metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing recruiting events and talent initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related function.
- Demonstrated ability to balance high-volume coordination responsibilities with proactive sourcing efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work through ambiguity.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
