ROAD WARRIOR
SUMMARY
As a Road Warrior, you will be employed by Paragon Sports Marketing, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playfly, LLC (“Paragon”), for certain marketing programs (the “Programs”), managed by Paragon for its clients. In this position, you will work with designated Paragon Representatives and act as a liaison between Paragon and the venues and events at which you will carry out your job duties. This includes becoming knowledgeable of all aspects of the Programs, becoming familiar with all products, brand and initiatives that are promoted in the Programs, and being available to answer questions of venue/event contacts and event attendees.
WORK SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Paragon
• Able to operate a golf cart on-site at events, when necessary
• Able to travel independently, when necessary
• Is self-motivated and capable of working without supervision outside of an office environment
• Possess strong public speaking skills, sound organizational skills, and computer literacy
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage other employees
• Exhibit a professional demeanor and compelling customer service attitude
• Is dependable and possesses a strong work ethic
• Is able to work in a team environment
• Is results-driven and well organized, with an ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects
• Exhibit adeptness at responding to new opportunities and adapting quickly to shifting conditions
• Demonstrate an ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel
• Extensive national travel and limited local travel required, extending into nights and weekends
• Work may be performed in outside weather conditions, which may include rain, humid conditions, extreme heat, altitude, and extreme cold
• Must be available to travel potentially 12 out of 17 weekends between May 1, 2027, and August 31, 2027
• Must be available to travel May 28-June 1 and July 3-July 7 for events
EXPERIENCE
Internship experience in marketing industry preferred, specifically in events and activations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with your Paragon Representatives to confirm travel availability and book reservations for assignments
• Act as the face of the client brand, product or initiative associated with the Programs
• Assist with managing and overseeing on-site logistics and on-site staff at events, as needed
• Train and lead on-site brand ambassadors to ensure activation is successfully executed
• Engage with consumers and carry out assigned duties of the activation associated with the Programs
• Assist your Paragon Representatives and local venues to manage allocation and distribution of products and premiums, including:
- Verifying logistics, including times, locations, and messaging
- Serving correct products at correct times and correct temperature
- Ensuring that quantities of products and supplies have been distributed appropriately
• Assist your Paragon Representatives and local venues to manage the shipping process, including assistance with:
- Receiving inventory of products, premiums, and equipment and determining storage location(s)
- Coordinating the unloading of and verifying correct quantities received
- Packing equipment at the end of the event and facilitating shipments to future events, as needed
• Capture content and deliverables for post-event recaps for each event. Provide ongoing feedback to your Paragon Representatives
• Fulfill all responsibilities associated with being assigned a Paragon Corporate Credit Card, including keeping track of receipts and submitting expense reports
• Attend all required trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
EDUCATION
• High school diploma or GED required
• If currently a college student, preferably in a program pertaining to marketing, advertising, sports management, or business
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time; occasional lifting of light to moderate weight objects

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The base pay range for this role is:
$16.05 - $17.05 USD
