Responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy for UA activities.
Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, while combining the latest insights and data, continually refining our marketing messaging.
Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up, and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels, to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with creative teams to create visually appealing assets.
Collaborate with product teams, community managers and other studio departments.
Monitor and analyze Marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop an efficient growth process, including new partner onboarding and ongoing relationships.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer.
Sharp-minded and creative thinker with passion for Gaming, Marketing, and analytical mindset.
Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Experience working with Appsflyer / other MMPs.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient with Excel - a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field – an advantage.
Fluent English.
