In this individual-contributor role, you'll partner with managers and employees on HR and leadership initiatives, helping our people do their best work. You'll join a company delivering the data integrity solutions required for Agentic AI, so you'll bring a solid understanding of how software companies operate. Here, you'll balance hands-on employee support with broader HR projects, working closely with leaders across the business to support our growth strategy and solve real business challenges.

What you will do:

  • Provide HR advice and consultation, administer HR tools and HRIS systems, and support managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and exits, compensation programs, talent assessment, goal setting and measurement, and performance management.
  • Ensure employee inquiries and employment-related issues are addressed and handled in a timely, fair, and confidential manner, in line with process and legal requirements.
  • Assess employee succession and development needs, recommend solutions, and support training and coaching initiatives in partnership with HR leadership and Talent Development.
  • Promote employee engagement through team action plans and consistent follow-up.
  • Partner with go-to-market team leaders, as well as other business functions as assigned, on organization design, workforce planning, and people initiatives specific to their teams.
  • Manage and implement regional HR projects and programs that support broader business objectives, including M&A integration work as needed.
  • Provide local support and oversight of corporate HR initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Use AI tools to speed up routine HR tasks (drafting communications, summarizing feedback themes, preparing reports) so you can focus on higher-value partnering work.
  • Support global HR initiatives and projects on an occasional basis (less than 10% of your time).

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner in the software or technology industry (SaaS company experience strongly preferred)
  • Practical, generalist knowledge across core HR disciplines: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition
  • Working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements; experience with Canada a plus
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated capability to investigate and de-escalate conflicts, and negotiate fair and favorable outcomes
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and other HR systems and tools to support data-informed decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; business fluency in English is a must
  • Travel is occasionally required to attend meetings in the region (<10% time)
  • Qualifications which are a plus, but not required:
    • Experience partnering with GTM teams (e.g. sales, sales operations, enablement, marketing, customer success)
    • Professional HR certifications e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent
    • Experience managing US immigration processes

AI Skills/Knowledge:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
