Job Overview:

PrizePicks is looking for a highly creative and performance-driven User Acquisition Creative Strategy Manager  to support and execute creative strategy as a core driver of growth across paid acquisition channels.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, growth marketing, and analytics - owning execution across the full lifecycle of performance creative from ideation through production, testing, and optimization. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Content Strategy to bring creative strategies to life across paid social, display, and search.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with clear growth potential into leadership. You’ll play a critical role in scaling what works, improving how we test, and helping shape the future of creative performance at PrizePicks.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Reddit, Google/YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco, etc.) in partnership with the Senior Manager, Content Strategy
  • Translate business goals, product launches, and sports seasonality into clear, actionable creative roadmaps
  • Generate and scale high-impact concepts across static, video, and playable formats

Testing & Optimization

  • Execute against the creative testing roadmap using a build-measure-learn approach
  • Design and run experiments to identify winning creative variables (messaging, hooks, formats, audiences)
  • Use performance data to rapidly iterate and scale top-performing concepts

Creative Production & Operations

  • Lead day-to-day creative development, including briefing, production, feedback, and delivery
    Support and help lead in-person creative shoots, including working with high-profile talent, guiding on-set execution, and ensuring outputs align with performance goals
  • Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies, including scope, timelines, and output quality
  • Increase creative volume and velocity while maintaining high performance standards
  • Willingness to travel for shoots throughout the year, including occasional weekend work based on production schedule

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital Acquisition, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Legal teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Act as a key point of contact for acquisition creative across internal and external stakeholders

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs to measure creative effectiveness (e.g., CPA, CPI, CTR, CVR, hook rate)
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
    Identify new opportunities through industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling creative that drives measurable user acquisition growth
    Deep understanding of paid social and digital advertising platforms, including creative best practices by channel
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative decisions and optimization
  • Experience executing creative testing frameworks and experimentation at scale
  • Hands-on experience working with creative production (in-house or agency)
  • Experience participating in or supporting on-set creative production, including talent-driven shoots, is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Tableau, AppsFlyer)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously ensuring attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

     Nice to Have:

  • Experience in daily fantasy sports, sports betting, gaming, or consumer mobile apps
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, production, and iteration
