Business Process Manager, Partner Ecosystem

Santa Clara, California

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE:

Everpure goes to market through partners, and every partner interaction depends on a business process: how a partner is onboarded, how program compliance is done, how exceptions are submitted, reviewed and approved, how new business requirements reach IT. Today, much of that knowledge lives in people's heads. We are seeking a hands-on business process leader to change that.

As a Business Process Manager, you will own the development and documentation of every business process related to partners. You will capture how work actually gets done today, build a single, trusted source of truth for partner processes, and use it to drive standardization, improvement and automation. You will work closely with the GPO teams, Partner Operations, and our partners to become the go-to expert on how partner work flows across Everpure.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing structure to ambiguity, is equally comfortable in a whiteboard session with process owners and in the details of a swimlane diagram, and is motivated by seeing documented processes turn into a better partner experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Document the end-to-end partner process landscape
    • Build and maintain a partner process inventory, from partner recruitment and onboarding through deal registration, quoting, ordering, programs, incentives and offboarding
    • Work with process owners to document current-state policy, process and system flows, including roles and responsibilities (RACI), hand-offs, dependencies, control points and system integrations
    • Define and document how exceptions are requested, approved, tracked and closed
    • Document how GPO business requirements are captured, prioritized and handed off to Digital Transformation, in partnership with Business Systems Analysts
  • Establish process standards and governance
    • Create standard templates, notation and naming conventions for process maps, SOPs and work instructions
    • Stand up a central, easy-to-find process library and keep it current as programs, policies and systems change
    • Define process ownership and a regular review cadence so documentation stays accurate and trusted
    • Partner with Partner Operations, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit as needed on policy and control requirements
    • Advise process owners and GPO leaders on process design, controls and policy changes
  • Drive process improvement
    • Identify gaps, redundancies and manual work that create friction for partners, the field or internal teams
    • Lead efforts to simplify and standardize core processes and eliminate low-value work
    • Identify opportunities for automation and partner self-service, including AI use cases, and help shape requirements for system changes
    • Measure process performance (cycle time, exception volume, rework) and track improvements over time
    • May lead the work of others on process documentation and improvement projects
  • Enable adoption
    • Work with the Enablement and Change Management teams to turn documented processes into training, playbooks and partner-facing guidance
    • Make sure process changes are communicated clearly to internal teams and partners before they go live
    • Support projects and system implementations with process expertise, user acceptance testing input and post-launch reviews
    • Provide clear, concise readouts to GPO leadership on process health, risks and priorities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING...

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in business process management, business operations, sales/partner operations or consulting, ideally within a B2B technology company
  • Proven experience documenting complex, cross-functional processes from scratch and building a process library others rely on
  • Working knowledge of partner or channel operations (onboarding, deal registration, quoting, programs and incentives) strongly preferred
  • Strong process mapping skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or Miro, and comfort with BPMN or similar notation
  • Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and systems teams
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (including partner relationship management), CPQ and ERP systems; experience with collaboration and knowledge tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many processes and stakeholders in parallel
  • Strong facilitation and interviewing skills; able to draw out how work really happens from subject matter experts at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex processes simple and easy to follow
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree in business, industrial engineering, operations or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
