Senior Graphic Designer

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, visual communication shapes how the world experiences our brand. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to translate complex business strategies into compelling visual stories across our digital, marketing, and event platforms. Working alongside marketing managers, copywriters, and fellow designers, you will take full ownership of major creative initiatives while mentoring rising talent on the team. Your work will directly elevate our brand presence and ensure every customer touchpoint is thoughtful, high-quality, and impactful.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Mastery of Modern Design Tools: Expert-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Core Visual Craft: A strong foundation in typography, visual storytelling, and design principles with painstaking attention to detail.
  • Growth Mindset: An open, positive approach to constructive feedback and creative iteration.
  • Autonomous Execution: The ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Articulate Communication: Confidence in explaining design decisions and presenting concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: A passion for sharing best practices and supporting the growth of junior and mid-level designers.
  • Adaptive Skills (Bonus): Familiarity or curiosity with basic motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing.

  • Develop skills in motion graphics and video editing by incorporating dynamic assets into major marketing initiatives.

  • Drive customer engagement by leading the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across marketing collateral, digital ads, social media, presentations, websites, and events.
  • Guard brand integrity by maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints and continuously refining global brand guidelines as Qualtrics evolves.
  • Elevate campaign performance by translating marketing objectives into innovative, cross-platform visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Deliver quality under dynamic deadlines by owning assigned project workflows, managing feedback loops, and ensuring timely final delivery.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to translate business requirements into impactful visuals.
  • Scale team excellence by providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior design talent.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • A strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, typography, creative problem-solving, and a variety of print, digital, and environmental work.
  • Proven track record of independently managing and executing multi-channel creative projects from strategy to final delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally and presenting design rationales clearly to key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with major event design or motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
