Senior Specialist, Video Production & Editing

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, dynamic video stories capture attention and bring our brand, products, and customer experiences to life. We are seeking a Video Production Specialist who can own video projects from initial concept through final edit—setting up gear, shooting crisp footage, and executing post-production. Working alongside brand strategists, creative directors, and field crews, you will act as a hands-on producer, videographer, and editor on high-impact visual campaigns. In this role, your work will directly elevate our visual identity and shape how audiences experience Qualtrics globally.

How You’ll Find Success

  • End-to-End Production Skill: Deep operational fluency with lighting rigs, camera systems, audio capture, and post-production editing.

  • Scrappy Resourcefulness: A proactive, creative approach to stretching production budgets without sacrificing visual quality.

  • Post-Production Proficiency: Command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve for editing, color grading, and audio mixing.

  • Multi-Project Organization: Exceptional discipline to coordinate schedules, vendors, travel, and talent across concurrent shoots.

  • Collaborative Mindset: An open, constructive attitude toward creative feedback, partnering seamlessly with directors and brand strategists.

  • Technical Curiosity: Drive to stay current on state-of-the-art film technology, software, and motion graphics workflows.

How You’ll Grow

  • Expand your creative technical capabilities by integrating advanced motion graphics (After Effects) and 3D animation into core video assets.

  • Build end-to-end production management skills by overseeing shoot budgets, location crews, vendors, and talent agreements.

  • Shape production infrastructure by evaluating and implementing new video hardware, camera systems, and dual-platform asset storage workflows.

Things You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-impact visual content by owning shoots from concept to delivery—configuring lighting, camera, and audio gear on set and leading post-production editing.

  • Maximize production budgets by managing vendor and crew payments, developing realistic schedules, and performing post-production financial audits.

  • Establish creative alignment by partnering closely with the Creative Director and brand strategists to define project scope and visual direction.

  • Elevate video polish and quality by executing full post-production workflows, including video assembly, audio mixing, color correction, and mastering.

  • Maintain asset integrity by keeping corporate video asset libraries organized and managing dual-platform systems (PC + Mac).

  • Adapt storytelling for diverse channels by formatting video content for events, web, screen capture, and social platforms under quick turnarounds.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • A link to a curated demo reel or portfolio demonstrating strong capability across lighting, camera operation, audio capture, and post-production editing.

  • Proven track record of managing concurrent video productions from pre-production planning through final export.

  • Practical experience operating editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition) and managing production files across PC and Mac platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with on-set procedures, color correction, audio mixing, and vendor management.

  • Bonus experience with After Effects motion graphics, 3D animation, or screen capture tools.

US Demographic Questions

Why are you being asked to fill out two sets of demographic questions? Qualtrics is required by the federal government to distribute the Equal Employment Opportunity questions exactly as they are written. However, we recognize that the questions do not fully capture the fullness of a person’s identity and experience when it comes to gender identity, sexual orientation and race. DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is a cornerstone of our company culture. We are committed to inclusivity in our hiring process and want to give you the opportunity to self-describe your identity.

With this in mind, we invite you to participate in this additional set of voluntary demographic questions. The data collected will be used anonymously and in aggregate, so we can evaluate our processes to ensure we’re providing equal opportunities to applicants from all backgrounds. Your responses, or your choice not to respond, will not be associated with your specific application and will not in any way be used for individual hiring or compensation decisions.
