  • Customer Value Stories: Own the Customer Value Stories partner program end-to-end. Direct the intake pipeline, track internal and external joint success stories, and steer submissions from review through executive approval and publication.

Success in this role is defined by operational accuracy, proactive communication, and continuous support across global regions:

  • Take Initiative & Ownership: You understand the expected outcome, get the context, and work autonomously to get things done without needing explicit direction. You are a self-starter and an owner.
  • Global Flexibility: Comfortable balancing a global schedule, including making time for occasional APJ calls in the evening and EMEA calls in the morning.
  • Data-Driven & Organized: Proficiently utilize our CRM, Highspot, PRM, MarTech tools and reporting platforms to maintain clean data and ensure operational rigor.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communicator who builds trust across internal global teams and external partner stakeholders.

Why are you being asked to fill out two sets of demographic questions? Qualtrics is required by the federal government to distribute the Equal Employment Opportunity questions exactly as they are written. We are committed to inclusivity in our hiring process and want to give you the opportunity to self-describe your identity.
