  • Deepen direct working relationships with federal policy officials and key regulatory governing bodies.
  • Scale and mentor a high-performing public policy research and regulatory data team.

Things You’ll Do

  • Monitor & Interpret Policy: Track developments across the health policy landscape to inform product, marketing, and operational strategy.
  • Lead Government Liaisons: Act as the primary organizational liaison to CMS, NQF, AHRQ, and related governmental or public policy entities.

  • Author & Present Policy Content: Produce regulatory updates for clients and present policy trends at client meetings and industry events.
  • Direct Public Policy Team: Manage Policy Analysts and Senior Regulatory Data Analysts, guiding research projects, annual performance goals, and department budgets.

US Demographic Questions

Why are you being asked to fill out two sets of demographic questions? Qualtrics is required by the federal government to distribute the Equal Employment Opportunity questions exactly as they are written. However, we recognize that the questions do not fully capture the fullness of a person’s identity and experience when it comes to gender identity, sexual orientation and race. DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is a cornerstone of our company culture. We are committed to inclusivity in our hiring process and want to give you the opportunity to self-describe your identity.

With this in mind, we invite you to participate in this additional set of voluntary demographic questions. The data collected will be used anonymously and in aggregate, so we can evaluate our processes to ensure we’re providing equal opportunities to applicants from all backgrounds. Your responses, or your choice not to respond, will not be associated with your specific application and will not in any way be used for individual hiring or compensation decisions.
