Work Location: Remote - United Kingdom
Travel: 10% (Congresses, major events)

Overview:

The Marketing Manager UKI plays a critical role in maintaining the day-today organization and efficiency of the UKI team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, International with a dotted line to the Country Head UKI, the Marketing Manager UKI is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the strategic marketing plan for the whole Crown Aesthetics product portfolio for the UK & Ireland, along with supporting all operations in those 2 countries. This includes supporting launches, campaigns and initiatives across Crown Aesthetics (marketing, digital & social media marketing, sales, tradeshows and events, education, regulatory & professional affairs, logistics, finance), helping to drive growth in the UK & Ireland. 

In addition, this individual will be also managing Digital Marketing for International.

 

Three primarily Responsibilities: 

  1. Marketing Management
  • Partner with Sales management to create and establish the annual, on-budget marketing plan (Strategy & Operational) that will support and promote business growth, product/brand awareness and client satisfaction in the UKI.
  • Localization: Teaming up with the Global Marketing Team to adapt and implement any global marketing initiatives to the UKI market.
  • Develop strategies and implement creative communications for local tradeshows & regional events online/print advertising and marketing, and other communications (webinars).
  • Develops ad hoc new marketing materials to meet local needs and insure proper fulfilment (Logistics).
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Support sales growth through product/brand communication, image/reputation and establish the value proposition.
  • Develop and implement the marketing communication strategy, collaborate with internal and third-party resources within the corporate guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with appropriate key opinion leaders and firms/agencies to establish or drive the company’s credibility and/or reputation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing tools, digital performance and implement changes when appropriate.
  1. Operations Management
  • Develop and nurture existing customer relationships in terms of marketing.
  • Creates and manages integrated campaigns for optimized commercial sales.
  • Leads event planning tasks for offsite training, meetings, congresses, etc.; manages User Meeting platform.
  • Supports with the management of various CRM and ERP platforms ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Reports on results of new commercial and marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Supports sales team & sales Director as needed.
  • Attends meetings as needed both in country and international.
  • Responsible for vendor relationship management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  1. International Digital Marketing Management
  • Develops and implements the digital marketing strategy for International, supported by the Head of Marketing, International. This includes: social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing. (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
  • Builds and maintain Crown Aesthetics brands’ presence across multiple social media channels (SkinPen® Precision + BIOJUVE) o Monthly social toolkits o Digital marketing campaign o Eblasts, social media (FB & IG UKI). 
  • Optimize and make consistent the International websites (International, UKI, DE) including any new further add-ons (Physician locator, e-commerce features…) Management of digital vendors (Agencies).
  • Digital education:
    • Internal: Training & mentoring (DE) .
    • External - International partners: deliver 3 webinars/ IG live a year.
  • Main point of contact with the US digital team


Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in marketing management within the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, Medtech or beauty industry (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience in developing and executing multi channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, PR, events.
  • Strong background in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Hands on experience in product launch (ideally medical devices, injectables or skincare brands)
  • Knowledge of the UKI regulatory framework for healthcare /aesthetics marketing.
  • Experience managing KOL and influencer partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and market share in a competitive environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, content marketing, marketing automation and CRM campaigns).
  • Previous experience managing events, workshops, congresses or training roadshows in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in developing marketing collateral and sales enablement tools for sales teams and clinic partners.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with medical professionals, and senior leadership teams.

 

Desirable Experience:

  • Established network of clinics, practitioners and KOL’s in the UKI aesthetics market.
  • Creative background with experience in content production, video and social storytelling.
  • Previous experience working with luxury, premium or lifestyles brands particularly in aesthetics, skincare or wellness.
  • Exposure to pan-European or global marketing campaigns, with adaption for local markets.
  • Track record in PR/media relations with beauty, lifestyle or medical press.
  • Experience with loyalty programs or clinic support programs to help build customer retention.
