Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This role’s primary responsibility is the put-away of finished goods and component pallets into designated storage locations throughout the warehouse. The position will also provide occasional support with staging, loading outbound trucks, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move, put away, and store finished goods and component pallets.
• Accurately place materials in assigned warehouse locations according to inventory and storage procedures.
• Assist with staging and loading outbound trucks as needed.
• Verify pallet condition, labels, and documentation before movement or before staging and shipping.
• Maintain assigned warehouse area by sweeping, removing debris, and keeping the workspace clean and orderly.
• Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervision.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in tight or busy warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS. as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse setting
• Use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
