Product Lead | Remote (US-based only)

Job Summary:

Revance is building a suite of innovative commerce and loyalty solutions for consumers and providers within our digital platform ecosystem. We’re seeking a strong, forward‑thinking product leader who is energized by challenges, loves solving real consumer/customer problems, building from zero‑to‑one, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to help shape something entirely new.

As the Product Lead aligned to a pod, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our B2C/B2B digital loyalty products integrated into our digital platforms per the pod scope -  from discovery to build, launch, and continuous optimization. This role requires technical depth, principled decision‑making, a high bar for quality, and the ability to lead confidently in uncharted territory. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross‑functional business leaders to develop intelligent, seamless digital experiences at speed.

  • Reporting to:     VP. Product & Data
  • Location:            Remote – US-Based Only
  • Salary Range:    $150k - $190k + bonus

**The final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include, but are not limited to, the quality and length of experience, education, and geographic location.**

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

Product strategy & outcomes

  • Define the product vision, strategic bets, and outcome‑based roadmap for loyalty and commerce experiences across web/app.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align product direction with Revance’s broader digital strategy and growth goals.
  • Establish outcome‑based OKRs and KPIs/success metrics (enrollments, engagement, retention, LTV).

EndtoEnd Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the full lifecycle: discovery → requirements → UX/design → technical development → QA/UAT → launch → iteration.
  • Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive build quality through strong cross‑functional alignment with Engineering and QA.

Pod leadership & collaboration

  • Serve as the product lead within a cross‑functional pod (Engineering, Design, Data, QA), owning prioritization, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions required to meet outcomes
  • Lead and coordinate the work of cross‑functional contributors (engineers, designers, data partners, QA, and business analysts) as needed for delivery with or without people management responsibilities.
  • Act as the primary decision‑maker for product scope and priority within the pod, escalating only when trade‑offs materially impact strategy, timeline, or risk.
  • Facilitate pod ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros) with SCRUM master as applicable and remove blockers to execution.
  • Partner with engineering leaders on architecture, platform dependencies, integrations, and reusable components.
  • Drive rapid iteration and agile development practices to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining quality
  • Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance across all customer-facing platforms and data solutions

Functional Leadership & Enablement

  • Supervise and provide functional leadership to business analysts and developers assigned to the pod, ensuring clarity of requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria as needed.
  • Guide teams through complex problem‑solving by breaking down ambiguous needs into clear, actionable product increments.
  • Support consistent execution by reinforcing product standards, delivery expectations, and outcome‑based thinking.

Customer insight, UX, and quality

  • Champion a consumer/customer centric approach: lead discovery, synthesize insights, analyze behavior and market data in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Map end‑to‑end journeys and identify friction points to create seamless, modern loyalty and commerce experiences.
  • Work with Design to prototype, test, and iterate user experiences.

Data, experimentation, and optimization

  • Instrument analytics with Data teams to track product performance and guide roadmap decisions.
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots, incremental rollouts) to validate hypotheses and optimize funnel outcomes.
  • Utilize insights to drive continuous product and experience improvements.

AI‑Embedded Product & PM Efficiency

  • Embed AI where it drives outcomes (e.g., personalization, next‑best‑action, intelligent support, anomaly detection), partnering with Engineering and Data to move from prototypes to production‑ready features with clear success criteria.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve PM efficiency (e.g., backlog grooming aids, spec/acceptance criteria drafting, experiment analysis, qualitative‑feedback summarization) while maintaining human judgment and governance standards.
  • Define guardrails for responsible AI (privacy, safety, bias checks, human‑in‑the‑loop, fallbacks) and track impact via product OKRs and experiment results.
  • Operationalize measurement for AI features (online/offline evals, A/B tests) and use insights to iterate the roadmap.

Stakeholder alignment & GTM

  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and CX teams to prepare for launch and ensure cross‑functional readiness
  • Communicate clearly with executives; articulate tradeoffs, risks, and mitigation plans.

Process and Standards set up

  • Establish product management standards across discovery, requirements, prioritization, release planning, and quality gating to support scalable pod execution.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
