Associate Director, Regenerative Marketing

Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Regenerative Marketing is responsible for product marketing execution and downstream commercialization for the regenerative portfolio. This role focuses on product management, launch execution, forecasting, and lifecycle planning to ensure regenerative products are successfully introduced, adopted, and sustained in the market.

The position plays a critical role in translating product strategy into effective downstream marketing programs through disciplined execution, cross-functional coordination, and performance management. The Associate Director partners closely with upstream marketing, product development, and commercial teams to ensure seamless transition from early product planning through launch and lifecycle optimization.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

Product Launch & Commercialization

  • Lead downstream launch execution for new regenerative products, translating upstream strategy, positioning, and launch objectives into executable marketing programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs and manage launch timelines to ensure successful product introduction and field readiness.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Finance, Operations, and Project Management to support product launches and adoption within clinical practice settings.
  • Support launch readiness activities including field education, marketing materials, and commercial program execution.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with upstream marketing to ensure alignment between early portfolio strategy and downstream commercialization activities.
  • Partner with Product Development, Product Marketing, and Project Management to align on deliverables, positioning, and launch readiness across development milestones.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure programs align with commercial priorities and operational capabilities.

Marketing Program Execution

  • Oversee execution of integrated regenerative marketing programs across:
    • Digital marketing initiatives
    • Experiential and event-based programs
    • Influencer partnerships
    • Loyalty and rebate programs (where applicable)
    • Field-facing tools and sales enablement materials
    • In-office provider education
  • Ensure programs support:
    • Provider education and training
    • Practice-level adoption and pull-through
    • Consumer awareness and engagement
    • Repeat utilization and treatment series completion

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Support lifecycle planning in partnership with upstream marketing, including:
    • Launch sequencing
    • Indication expansion initiatives
    • Product transitions or sunset planning when appropriate
  • Maintain alignment between lifecycle strategies and downstream marketing programs.

Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Contribute to brand forecasting and demand planning through insights related to:
    • Launch cadence
    • Program timing
    • Adoption and utilization trends
    • Market feedback and performance insights
  • Provide inputs to monthly and quarterly business reviews to help refine forecasts and inform portfolio strategy.

Market Insights & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor regenerative market dynamics, competitive activity, and provider and consumer trends.
  • Share insights with upstream marketing to inform product updates, positioning, and lifecycle strategy.
  • Track marketing program performance and optimize initiatives based on analytics, feedback, and market insights.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage agency partners and external vendors supporting regenerative marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

Brand Stewardship & Compliance

  • Serve as a steward of the regenerative portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across launch and marketing programs.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure all programs comply with applicable regulatory and medical guidelines.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree & 5+ years’ directly related experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree & 7+ years’ directly related experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing or advertising.
  • 7+ years’ experience with professional, agency, and/or consumer marketing, and/or sales experience.
  • Pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage agency partners, and coordinate workstreams to ensure strategic imperatives are met.
  • Manage budget for all marketing activities responsible for, and work with Marketing Coordinator on tracking of contracts and scopes of work for brand initiatives.
  • Experience with promotional review process.
