Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Digital Operations is responsible for streamlining and operationalizing the execution of complex digital marketing initiatives. This role oversees high-volume, multi-channel digital programs. It drives cross-functional alignment among marketing, creative, development, regulatory, and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Operating in a fast-paced biotech and aesthetics environment, this leader owns the end-to-end program management of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the confidence and operational rigor to manage competing priorities, optimize workflows, and maintain momentum across multiple brands and stakeholders while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.

Location: Remote 

Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing programs, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent, high-impact projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, IT, data, design, regulatory, digital channel owners, and external agencies to coordinate workflows, align on requirements, and ensure adherence to approved scopes of work, timelines, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communication conduit for stakeholders, clearly defining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and expectations while proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, provide regular status updates, and maintain accountability across internal teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate and lead core program meetings, including project kick-offs, status reviews, and retrospectives; document decisions, action items, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Ensure a high standard of quality control by reviewing final deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand, regulatory, and project requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), driving adoption, optimization, and innovation in tools, templates, and reporting to improve team effectiveness and scalability.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation, brand assets, and reporting to ensure accessibility, version control, and data integrity.
  • Establish, standardize, and continuously improve digital marketing workflows and operating processes, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability from project intake through completion.
  • Support marketing leadership with operational planning, capacity management, and process optimization to enable efficient execution of strategic priorities.
  • Lead special initiatives and assume additional responsibilities as needed, providing strategic oversight and program leadership to support broader marketing and organizational goals.


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree & 8+ years' directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and program or project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional, multi-channel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and execution across paid media, email, SMS, web, and social platforms.
  • Proven expertise in project and program management, including managing complex timelines, interdependencies, and multiple stakeholders with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to maintain systems, assets, documentation, and schedules with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar), including workflow design, reporting, and operational optimization.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Experience operating in regulated and/or highly complex industries, with the ability to navigate compliance, approval workflows, and cross-functional constraints.
  • Advanced proficiency with com, Ziflow, Lucid, and related project management, workflow, and collaboration tools.
  • Working knowledge of the operational mechanics of digital marketing channels, including paid media, web, email, SMS, and social, and how they integrate across campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and content marketing, with the ability to translate strategy into executable, on-brand digital experiences.
  • PMP, Agile, or other formal project/program management certification, or equivalent advanced training and education.
