Clinical Affairs Intern 2026
Position Summary
The Clinical Affairs Intern will support clinical research and operational activities within the clinic environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to clinical study conduct, patient engagement, data collection, and clinical operations while working alongside healthcare providers and Clinical Affairs professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clinic-based clinical research activities and study execution.
- Assist with patient scheduling, visit preparation, and study logistics.
- Help collect, organize, and maintain study documentation and clinical records.
- Assist with data entry, quality checks, and tracking of study-related information.
- Observe and support patient visits and clinical procedures in accordance with study protocols.
- Maintain research files and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with administrative and operational projects.
- Adhere to applicable privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a patient-care environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Interest in clinical research, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or patient care.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, laboratory, or research setting.
