Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Digital Delivery is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and execution of digital marketing and web initiatives across the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. This role serves as the primary liaison between Brand Marketing, Creative, Development, Regulatory, and agency partners to ensure digital programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.

The position combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery, overseeing high-volume, multi-channel initiatives while directly managing the Web and Marketing Automation team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized leader who excels at driving alignment, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic account lead for business and brand stakeholders across digital initiatives.
  • Manage the intake process for web and digital marketing requests, confirming scope, requirements, priorities, and success metrics while balancing competing business needs.
  • Prioritize, resource, and sequence work across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, team capacity, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Channel Owners, Regulatory Affairs, and agency partners to align requirements and drive successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and proactively communicate project status and impacts.
  • Facilitate key project management activities, including kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives. Document decisions, action items, and next steps while holding internal teams and external partners accountable for delivery commitments.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across multiple web properties and marketing automation platforms, including omnichannel campaigns, website enhancements, content updates, landing pages, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys.
  • Directly manage and develop two team members responsible for web operations and marketing automation, overseeing workload prioritization, capacity planning, performance, and delivery quality.
  • Manage the Promotional Claims Review (PCR) process by coordinating regulatory submissions, incorporating feedback, and securing approvals to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of final deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, functionality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Own and continuously improve the team's delivery operations, including workflows, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), documentation standards, asset management processes, and version control practices.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices that improve efficiency, visibility, and delivery performance across the digital marketing organization.


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years’ directly related experience.
  • People-management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in program/project or account management in large enterprise or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated and successful leadership of large, cross-functional digital, web, and creative projects.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and execution across paid media, email, SMS, web, and social platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines, interdependencies, and multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to maintain systems, assets, documentation, and schedules with precision.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com or similar), including workflow design, reporting, and operational optimization.
  • Experience coordinating regulatory review and approval workflows in a highly compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with com, Ziflow, Lucid, and related project management, workflow, and collaboration tools.
  • Familiar with the operational mechanics of digital marketing channels, including paid media, web, email, SMS, and social, and how they integrate across campaigns.
  • Affinity for brand storytelling and content marketing, with the ability to translate strategy into executable, on-brand digital experiences.
  • PMP, Agile, or other formal project/program management certification, or equivalent advanced training and education.
