Senior Salesforce Engineer

Remote

Revenue.io is the Salesforce-native Revenue Orchestration Platform that helps high-performing sales teams win from first call to closed-won. We are the only sales platform that guides reps before, during, and after every interaction, accelerating pipeline, improving forecast accuracy, and driving repeatable growth. Companies like Square, United Rentals, HPE, and Boston Scientific rely on Revenue.io to unify sales execution across every touchpoint.

We are the only company recognized in both the Forrester Waves for Conversation Intelligence and Sales Engagement. Revenue.io is also a Gartner Cool Vendor and has been named one of the Best Places to Work by BuiltinLA and Comparably. Revenue.io is backed by Goldman Sachs, Bryant Stibel, and Palisades Growth Capital.

You will join a high-growth team and work with experienced mentors to scale the core platform behind our AI-driven products. This is a chance to build industry-defining technology in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Our Core Values

  • We Learn Continuously: We treat every call, commit, and customer moment as a feedback loop. Curiosity is our unfair advantage.
  • We are Human-Centered: AI serves people. We design for trust, clarity, and momentum in real conversations.
  • We Look in the Mirror: When something breaks, we fix it at the root and share what we learned. Accountability travels faster than blame.
  • We Dream Big: We set goals that feel a little uncomfortable and then make them practical. Ambition plus discipline wins.
  • We Champion Every Voice: The best insight can come from the quietest person in the room. Inclusion is how we find it.

We’re looking for people who want to shape the future of human potential with AI.

Who We’re Looking For

Revenue.io is actively searching for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our acclaimed software team, specializing in the development of our Guided Selling Salesforce ISV package. The Guided Selling product package is distinguished by its deep integration with Salesforce, offering unparalleled sales engagement capabilities that consolidate sales process automation into a single, intuitive interface. In this Senior Engineer role, you will collaborate closely with Product and fellow Engineers to innovate and deliver the next generation of our product's features, tackling intricate challenges to achieve exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end engineering outcomes for Guided Selling, from technical design through release, adoption, observability, and iteration.
  • Partner with Product, CS, Sales, and customers as needed to understand workflow pain, validate tradeoffs, and connect engineering decisions to adoption and customer value.
  • Use AI tools as a core engineering multiplier for design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify platform, data, permissions, feature-flag, and integration risks early, especially where Salesforce behavior differs across customer orgs.
  • Improve the team’s execution quality by raising review quality, documenting reusable patterns, unblocking peers, and advocating for better engineering practices.
  • Help Guided Selling evolve from workflow/sequencing software into a more intelligent execution layer informed by customer data, conversation signals, and measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on software engineering experience, with meaningful Salesforce product development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Apex, data modeling, permissions, limits, packaging constraints, with a focus on performance at scale and system-wide impact
  • Salesforce ISV, managed package, or AppExchange review experience
  • Strong product engineering judgment, able to reason from customer value, usage, reliability, and long-term maintainability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments: decomposing complex work, making tradeoffs, and driving outcomes to completion
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering throughput, testing, debugging, analysis, and documentation in real-world engineering environments
  • Strong systems thinking across integrated platforms, data flows, customer configuration, permissions, feature flags, and downstream operational impact
  • Frontend/product experience with LWC and/or modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular

Nice to Have

  • GTM, sales engagement, workflow automation, or revenue intelligence product experience
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows, recommendations, or automation
  • Experience with observability, release readiness, and post-ship adoption/quality measurement

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
