Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Integrations

Clearwater, FL

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

TradePMR is Robinhood's custody and technology platform for registered investment advisors (RIAs). Our integration ecosystem spans core technology partners, specialized workflow and TAMP partners, and a broader network of consultants, recruiters, and capital providers. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, Business Development, and the tactical integrations team. It's a collaborative group focused on advisor success and on building partnerships that last!

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Integrations owns TradePMR's external-facing relationships with technology partners and advisor firms across the integration ecosystem. The tactical integrations team handles vendor onboarding, data feeds, and technical implementation. You'll decide which partnerships matter most and who we should build them with. You'll advise enterprise RIAs and breakaway teams, host partner events, negotiate special agreements, and equip our sales teams with accurate partner collateral. You'll also bring partner and client insight into integration roadmap discussions, shaping priorities through influence and input rather than build ownership. This is a business and partnerships role, not a product or engineering role, and your impact will show up in the strength of our advisor and partner relationships!

This role is based in our Tampa, FL and Clearwater, FLoffice(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a direct advisor to enterprise RIAs and breakaway teams evaluating custody transitions and platform fit
  • Own and run Transition Sandbox walkthroughs, live demo environments for prospective and transitioning firms
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for advisor firms navigating the TradePMR integration ecosystem
  • Build and maintain the Partner Resource Hub, including custodial comparison sheets, integration guides, and platform one-pagers
  • Equip Practice Management and Sales with current, accurate partner and integration collateral, and keep internal teams informed of live and upcoming integrations
  • Own and execute the Center of Influence (COI) engagement cadence, including monthly strategy touchpoints, quarterly briefings, and virtual executive roundtables
  • Stand up and run the COI Advisory Council, spanning consulting, technology, M&A, and recruiting
  • Directly own relationships with core technology partners and specialized workflow and TAMP partners
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development on adjacent COI relationships, such as transition consultants, M&A advisors, capital providers, breakaway recruiters, and compliance consultants
  • Plan and represent TradePMR at flagship partner events, and own regional VIP dinners and executive roundtables, including guest lists, briefing content, and follow-up
  • Negotiate custom commercial terms with strategic partners, such as portfolio-wide custodial fee schedules, custom API reporting SLAs, and enterprise onboarding SLAs
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on sign-off for non-standard agreements, using a template-first approach and escalating to custom terms only where justified
  • Surface partner and client integration requests and pain points into Product and Engineering prioritization discussions
  • Represent the external partner and advisor-firm perspective in integration roadmap planning, and work with the tactical integrations team so strategic priorities turn into executed integrations

What you bring

  • 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, ideally in wealthtech, fintech, or RIA custodial and technology services
  • Demonstrated experience managing external relationships with technology vendors and/or advisor or client firms in a regulated financial services environment
  • Comfort serving as a primary external face for the organization, including event hosting, executive-level relationship management, and negotiation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, and technical integrations teams
  • Familiarity with the RIA custodial technology landscape (portfolio management systems, CRM, TAMP, and financial planning tools) is a plus

What we offer

  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds.
  • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not.
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
