The Growth Marketing team at Posit is looking for a dynamic Web & Digital Marketing Leader to own and optimize our digital properties, programs, and sites. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance a forward-looking digital roadmap, leveraging AI and automation, with operational excellence to drive measurable growth.

The ideal candidate brings a diverse background in web strategy, UI/UX, QA, web analytics, conversion optimization, content strategy, and digital promotions, consistently delivering high-ROI results with speed-to-market and minimal technical debt. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping Posit’s digital growth strategy while being hands-on in execution. This also requires providing strategic guidance and coaching web development resources, ensuring seamless collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital experiences.

What you will own: 

  • Ensure an engaging end-to-end web experience on posit.co, aligning with acquisition/cross-sell growth, messaging, and brand awareness goals
  • Live and breathe conversion rate optimization; utilize web analytics, sales funnel data, A/B tests to optimize website conversions, and measure web-attributed performance
  • Create workflows for dynamic content hubs, internal linking, and programmatic SEO
  • Increase the global web presence of Posit through the activation of content engineering workflows and digital programs
  • Proactively create and fine tune user and account-based personalization and audience targeting to maximize website conversion potential from all channels

 

What you will assist with: 

  • Build scalable content system in collaboration with Product Marketing, Creative, Ops, and 3rd parties
  • Maintain, build, integrate, and refresh the WebTech stack per the most current business need, ROI, and financial guidance along with RevOps and Finance team
  • Establish and manage highly collaborative relationships with stakeholders and dependencies across the organization, including but not limited to Demand Generation (DG), Marketing Operations (MOPS), Creative, Developer Relations (DevRel), Product Marketing (PMM), Product Management, Legal  and IT

  • Effective communication in day-to-day exchanges, status/performance reporting, initiative/strategy presentations, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious to innovate and use the power of AI in day-to-day execution and long-term planning
  • Be at the forefront of building interactive, AI-ready content ecosystems for Posit
  • Familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG) is a plus
  • Understanding of the Open Source community, and the Data Science audience and buyer is a big plus

 

A bit about you: 

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS web and digital marketing
  • Experience in enterprise content management systems and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in the technical know-how of digital marketing tools, content marketing, SEO, UX, and web infrastructure
  • Proven track record in building and scaling high-impact web and digital initiatives with a project management mindset
  • Experience in customizing web analytics data capturing and reporting is highly preferred 
  • Experience in WebTech and/or MarTech is preferred, e.g., AI tools, Marketo, VWO, Google Tag Manager, LeanData, Drift/Qualified, etc.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and identify/define frameworks in ambiguity

 

Within 1 month, you’ll…

  • Familiarize yourself with Posit business, product offerings, and meet key stakeholders and business partners
  • Run an audit of posit.co, and other digital tools in play. Understand our content marketing approach and promotion channels
  • Get an understanding of the current KPIs and goals, digital marketing landscape, and performance by channel
  • Explore the various channels that get activated during execution by aligning and communicating with growth marketing peers
  • Understand our Martech, web stack, and identify gaps, if any

 

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Be an active participant and lead the website transformation project. Understand the integrations and partnerships needed for a successful website project 
  • Work with PMMs, DevRel, Creative, and other stakeholders on messaging, narrative, design, and branding aspects of the website
  • Work with peers in Marketing and Sales on understanding gaps in the digital landscape and how the web and digital channels can be optimized for maximum conversion
  • Plan and initiate production of at least a series of AI-powered content, supporting a key campaign and weaved into sales motions
  • Develop a comprehensive website project plan with clear timelines, defined ownership, and key deliverables to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful execution

 

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Be ready to unveil the new website at our User Conference - posit::conf(2025) 
  • Create a robust and repeatable content engineering framework in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Own web analytics and metrics and create KPIs for web performance, content creation, and engagement
  • Ensure there are no lead leakages from the website to Marketo and SFDC, and work with peers in marketing to craft that ideal journey for our leads
  • Identify time-consuming, repetitive content creation tasks that AI can handle. Whether it’s generating blog drafts, landing pages, or conducting keyword research, use automation to focus on creative and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies, improve user experience, and drive measurable growth

 

Within 12 months, you’ll…

  • Drive measurable and impactful web and digital content framework through flawless execution and a sense of urgency
  • Review website metrics and optimize as needed. Expand into other web properties based on organizational direction and business priorities
  • Review campaign efficiencies and content strategies and find gaps that can be narrowed
  • Align with customer/partner/channel partners to produce joint marketing content with clear goals
  • Plan 2026 goals using data and insight from 2025 campaign execution and results

$176,800 - $233,310 USD
