Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Position Overview: 

As the Senior Product Manager, Integrations at RxVantage, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our integration ecosystem — enabling secure, scalable, and seamless connectivity between our platform and the mission-critical systems used across healthcare and life sciences. Your work will power the data and workflows that allow medical practices and industry partners to collaborate more effectively and deliver better patient outcomes.

In this role, you’ll leverage a blend of technical depth, product strategy, and user empathy to solve complex interoperability challenges. You’ll work hands-on with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver robust APIs and integration capabilities, ensuring reliability, security, and business impact. You’ll also partner closely with customers and external stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, translate them into product requirements, and launch solutions that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable value.

Success in this role requires a strategic mindset and a systems-level approach — from shaping integration architecture and data flows to optimizing end-to-end user experiences. You’ll be a key driver of how RxVantage expands its platform footprint, builds partnerships, and unlocks new opportunities through interoperability.

What you’ll be doing:

Product Vision & Delivery

  • Define and refine the Integration product line roadmap, including product strategy and feature prioritization
  • Define clear KPIs and instrumentation strategies to measure product adoption, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Ensure data flows between systems are accurate, reliable, documented and aligned to business needs
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs with engineering teams to balance scalability, performance, and delivery to achieve objectives in an iterative manner
  • Reconcile competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment
  • Evaluate and incorporate compliance, security, and governance requirements in product planning
  • Mentor junior team members on product management, storytelling and communication best practices

Customer & Market Insights

  • Deliver high quality solutions and recommendations both independently and in collaboration with team members and business partners
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external partner and customer needs and pain points 
  • Anticipate relevant data interchange and ecosystem connectivity emerging market dynamics and requirements in the healthcare and life science industry

Partnership & Value

  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, making complex products accessible and understandable for all stakeholders
  • Champion high available and high quality data exchange to both internally and externally
  • Drive engagement, exchange and utilization across third-party ecosystems 
  • Create and maintain materials for efficient, demonstrable, implementation and reference

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience and Education:
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in product management
    • Knowledge or experience in life science or related healthcare industry
    • Prior experience in data-heavy SaaS products, APIs, or developer platforms strongly preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of iterative product management concepts with technical SaaS products
    • Understanding of API design and usage (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2), including how APIs drive product features and integrations
    • Understanding of interoperability standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7 FHIR) and data security frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how infrastructure choices impact product capabilities
    • Familiarity working with data analytics, ETL processes, or analytics instrumentation is a plus

  • Business Acumen:
    • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and decisions 
    • Understanding of key business metrics and financial analysis
    • Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance considerations in SaaS/healthcare domains is a plus
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to diverse audiences 
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Product Management Skills:
    • Experience in product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning 
    • Experience in working with development team to understand estimates, ensure clarity and understanding
    • Operate in Scrum process to make product decision iterative trade-offs, and execution decisions to achieve business objectives
    • Experience working with engineering teams on trade-offs involving scalability, data quality, and technical debt
    • Demonstrated ability to work with APIs and data flows as core product features, not just UI features 
    • Strong customer focus and ability to understand user needs
