About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve how we attract and hire exceptional talent globally.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can connect hiring strategy to the needs of the business, build trusted partnerships with leaders, and create the structure and discipline needed to deliver consistently. You’ll lead and develop our Talent Acquisition team while staying close to critical searches and the day-to-day realities of hiring.

As our workforce and the nature of work continue to evolve, you’ll also help us rethink what great talent looks like in the AI era. That means hiring for skills like adaptability, curiosity, judgment, and impact, while finding thoughtful ways to use AI to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more human.

What you’ll do

  • Translate business and workforce priorities into a clear, actionable hiring strategy
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, creating clarity around priorities, ownership, and performance
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners on workforce planning, role design, talent profiles, and hiring decisions
  • Lead or stay closely involved in critical and senior-level searches
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs
  • Help leaders clearly define the capabilities, skills, and outcomes required for each role before beginning a search
  • Establish consistent, high-quality hiring practices across sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing
  • Use data to identify trends, assess recruiting effectiveness, and help the business make better talent decisions
  • Improve hiring-manager capability through practical tools, coaching, and clear expectations
  • Own and continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Evaluate how AI, automation, and emerging tools can improve recruiting workflows while preserving human judgment and connection
  • Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal to ensure hiring practices are scalable, competitive, and compliant
  • Manage external search partners and recruiting vendors when needed
  • Strengthen our employer brand and how we communicate our story to prospective talent

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-moving, scaling, global organization
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience managing and developing recruiters on an international team
  • A track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing hiring and workforce decisions
  • The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to connect talent decisions to company priorities
  • Experience building structured, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices
  • A data-oriented approach, with experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems and improve outcomes
  • Strong coaching and communication skills, particularly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve both recruiting operations and the quality of talent decisions
  • Comfort operating through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
  • A high level of ownership, follow-through, and attention to the candidate and employee experience

You’ll be successful in this role if you

  • Build deep trust with leaders and become a valued partner in talent decisions
  • Create greater clarity and consistency in how we plan for and assess talent
  • Develop a strong, accountable, and highly capable Talent Acquisition team
  • Improve the quality, speed, and predictability of hiring
  • Help us hire people with the skills and mindsets needed for our next phase
  • Leave every candidate with a thoughtful and human experience, regardless of the outcome

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
