Senior Product Manager

Hybrid / Bellevue, WA

What is SeekOut?

SeekOut helps thousands of organizations hire, grow, and retain great talent with its people-first talent optimization platform and proven expertise in diverse and hard-to-find talent. In today’s world, organizations are overflowing with data, yet few deeply understand their people because that data is fragmented and disconnected.

Your people are the real difference makers. When you understand their experiences, skills, and aspirations, you can align them to meaningful opportunities and drive better outcomes for both individuals and businesses. SeekOut unifies talent acquisition, talent management, and talent analytics into a single platform that helps organizations grow the people they have and find the people they need.

Six of the top 10 most valuable companies in the United States trust SeekOut as their platform for managing and recruiting talent. SeekOut has been recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers, Deloitte’s Fast 500, and the Inc. 5000. Founded in 2017, SeekOut has raised $189 million from leading investors including Tiger Global, Madrona, and Mayfield.

What are we looking to add to our team?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of AI-powered recruiting experiences at SeekOut.

This role focuses on building products that thoughtfully integrate AI into recruiter workflows, improving how teams source, evaluate, and engage talent. In some cases, this means automation. In others, it means better decision support, faster workflows, or entirely new interaction models.

You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design to create experiences that are not only powerful, but intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where you’ll help define what “great” looks like for AI-first products in recruiting.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered recruiting features and workflows
  • Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve speed, quality, and user experience (not just add complexity)
  • Partner closely with Engineering to build scalable, reliable systems (including LLM-powered capabilities where appropriate)
  • Work deeply with Design to deliver high-quality, polished user experiences with a strong attention to detail
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation strategies
  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product
  • Contribute to broader product strategy as SeekOut evolves its AI capabilities

You will be a great match if you have:

  • Belief in Kindness, Gratitude, and Curiosity!
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform products
  • Strong technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Experience working on or closely with AI/ML-powered products
  • A clear point of view on how AI should (and should not) be applied in user-facing products
  • High bar for product quality and UX — you notice details, care about interaction design, and push for polished experiences
  • Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Experience engaging with customers and incorporating feedback into product decisions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping new product areas

Nice to have:

  • Experience in recruiting, HR tech, or talent marketplaces
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or evaluation of AI systems
  • Experience building 0→1 products or working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience improving workflow-based or productivity software

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
