Principal Product Manager — AI Recruiting

Hybrid / Bellevue, WA

What is SeekOut?

SeekOut helps organizations hire, grow, and retain talent by bringing together recruiting, talent management, and analytics into one platform. The goal is simple: help companies better understand their people and connect them to the right opportunities.

What are we looking to add to our team?

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered recruiting at SeekOutYou'll define what next-generation, AI-first recruiting looks like — and lead the work to bring it to market.

This is a senior IC role with a broad scope and high autonomy. You'll set multi-year direction for the AI recruiting product area, partner with executives on company strategy, influence the work of other PMs, and drive the most ambitious bets in the portfolio. You'll work across product, engineering, design, research, and go-to-market to ship products that meaningfully change how recruiters source, evaluate, and engage talent.

What you will be doing:

  1. Own the vision and strategy for AI recruiting. Define a multi-year vision for AI-powered sourcing, evaluation, and engagement. Translate it into a sequenced roadmap that's ambitious, achievable, and clearly tied to business outcomes.
  2. Develop deep customer and market insight. Build first-hand intuition for recruiter workflows, pain points, and the shifting competitive landscape. Synthesize insights into strategic bets the company can rally around.
  3. Drive 0→1 product creation. Identify the highest-leverage opportunities, frame them crisply, and lead the work to ship new AI-driven products and workflows. Move fast without sacrificing quality.
  4. Prototype and communicate with AI tools. Use AI tools to rapidly explore ideas, build working prototypes, and make your thinking concrete. Raise the bar for how the broader product org uses AI in its own work.
  5. Lead through influence. Partner closely with engineering and design leaders to execute. Mentor other PMs, set quality standards, and shape how the team operates. Align stakeholders across the company — from individual engineers to the executive team.
  6. Launch, measure, and iterate. Define success metrics, instrument the product, and use data and customer feedback to continuously sharpen the experience. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning, launch, and adoption.

You will be a great match if you have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in SaaS or platform products
  • Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping 0→1 products at scale
  • Strong technical background (CS or equivalent) and comfort going deep with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and AI/ML system design
  • Direct experience building AI/ML-powered products — ideally including LLM-based features in production
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate your own work (prototyping, analysis, communication, execution) and to raise the bar for others
  • Experience setting multi-year product vision and strategy that translates into clear, sequenced execution
  • Strong product instincts and judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and to mentor other PMs
  • Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and using data to drive decisions
  • Experience engaging directly with customers — including senior buyers — and turning insight into product strategy

Nice to have:

  • Domain experience in HR tech, recruiting, ATS/CRM, or talent marketplaces
  • Experience leading cross-functional GTM motions for new product launches
  • Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
  • Background in product marketing, positioning, or category creation
  • Prior experience as a founding PM or founder

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
