About the Opportunity:

SeekrFlow is an end-to-end AI development platform used to build, fine-tune, and deploy AI systems in production environments.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Ready Data capabilities across the platform. This role is responsible for defining how enterprise data is prepared, transformed, enriched, and operationalized for AI applications and workflows.

The initial focus of this role includes AI Ready Data Engine, data ingestion, content transformation, and synthetic data generation capabilities. As SeekrFlow continues to grow, the scope of the role may evolve to support additional platform investments aligned with business priorities and customer needs.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how data is used throughout the AI lifecycle, including retrieval, fine-tuning, evaluation, and agent-based systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in highly technical environments, navigating ambiguity, and partnering closely with engineering and research teams to translate emerging capabilities into customer-facing products.

You will define product strategy, write detailed product specifications, and partner with engineering, design, research, and GTM teams to bring new platform capabilities to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI Ready Data capabilities across SeekrFlow
  • Develop a deep understanding of how enterprise data is utilized across AI workflows, including retrieval, fine-tuning, evaluation, and agent-based systems
  • Define product capabilities across UI, API, and SDK surfaces, ensuring consistency across SaaS and self-hosted deployments
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and research teams to identify opportunities for new platform capabilities
  • Evaluate emerging techniques, experiments, and research investments and determine their applicability to customer problems
  • Translate research findings, technical discoveries, and experimental outcomes into scalable product capabilities
  • Work directly with customers to understand data challenges, workflow bottlenecks, and operational requirements
  • Balance customer-driven needs, platform investments, and longer-term strategic initiatives
  • Write clear product specifications that define features, workflows, requirements, and expected system behavior
  • Partner with engineering and design teams throughout implementation, launch, and iteration
  • Define success metrics and monitor adoption, performance, and customer outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or highly technical products
  • Experience working with AI/ML products, data platforms, developer tools, or adjacent technologies
  • Experience operating in B2B or enterprise software environments
  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and shipping complex technical products
  • Experience productizing research-heavy technologies where experimentation, testing, and iteration were required before a scalable product solution emerged

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of how data is used within AI systems and workflows
  • Familiarity with concepts such as:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Embeddings and vector search
    • Fine-tuning and training data preparation
    • Synthetic data generation
    • Evaluation and benchmarking
    • Agent-based systems
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ingestion systems, metadata, content processing, and data transformation workflows
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineers and researchers on technical tradeoffs and system design decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong product writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured specifications
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make progress in areas where requirements, solutions, and outcomes are not yet fully understood
  • Comfortable operating in environments where research, experimentation, and customer feedback continuously shape product direction
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution across engineering, design, research, and GTM teams
  • Clear communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts into understandable product decisions
  • Focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience building products that leverage large-scale structured or unstructured datasets
  • Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools to prototype workflows, validate concepts, or accelerate product discovery
  • Experience with data governance, lineage, metadata management, enterprise knowledge systems, or content management platforms

What’s In It for You

  • Ownership of a foundational product area that powers AI development workflows across SeekrFlow
  • Opportunity to shape how enterprises prepare, transform, and operationalize data for AI systems
  • Collaboration with experienced product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and full benefits
  • Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
