As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Digital Marketing Manager (Amazon to our global team. Position based in London (hybrid work). 

OVERVIEW:

The Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja drives our products through the Amazon platforms across Europe whether that’s set up, content, optimization, creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness for our products.  We strive to achieve best in class content and customer journey in order to deliver the best customer experience of our products when shopping on the Amazon platforms.  

The Digital Marketing Manager is a professional responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands. They play a crucial role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across various Amazon digital channels.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU WILL GET TO DO: 

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor online marketing campaigns across Amazon Platforms such as DSP and AMS
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), track ROI, and provide regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve media conversion rates, including A/B testing of creative and messaging through the media customer funnel
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and plan/forecast to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Agency Management: Setting clear objectives and expectations; Establishing clear goals, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and expectations for the agency to ensure alignment with the our vision and objectives.
  • EMEA, working pan EMEA across many marketplaces, with main focus on France, Spain, Italy,

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent French and English 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Proficiency in managing Amazon advertising platforms like DSP and AMS .
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to come up with creative ideas and innovative approaches to marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and quickly learn new tools and platforms.
