As the Territory Manager for Southern Germany, you will take on a proactive, highly sales-driven role. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and significantly expand our new business in this strategically important region. With strong entrepreneurial thinking and drive, you will recruit new partners, identify and close new project opportunities, and continuously expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Territory Management: Develop and execute a clear territory plan to generate an active pipeline and exceed revenue targets for Southern Germany, and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.
  • Active Sales (End Customers & Partners): Act on the front lines. Cultivate strong C-level relationships and accompany our partners directly "in the field" at end customers to drive sales cycles and secure deals.
  • Visibility & Presentations: Be the visible face of SonicWall in the region. Deliver compelling presentations at industry events and trade shows, lead webinars and webcasts, and confidently present our end-to-end cybersecurity solutions to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Partner Enablement: Recruit new high-potential partners and empower existing partners through targeted sales trainings and workshops to independently and successfully sell our solutions.
  • Team Selling: Work closely on a daily basis with Solutions Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Inside Sales to collaboratively solve complex customer requirements.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in active technology sales and deep knowledge of the German IT channel.
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition, business development, and revenue growth within a defined sales territory.
  • Confident demeanor with excellent presentation and communication skills (for events, webinars, and C-level meetings).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and solution-selling methodologies.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong closing skills and a disciplined work ethic in a remote/home-office environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce (Dashboards and Reports).
  • Valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel throughout the Southern German sales territory.
  • Business fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
