Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Remote U.S.

About Spoiler Alert

Spoiler Alert is a fast-growing Series A SaaS startup transforming how enterprise and mid-market CPG brands manage excess and short-dated inventory. Our platform helps companies like Unilever, Kraft Heinz, Mondelez, and SC Johnson recover value, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. Our mission is to eliminate waste through our technology that powers and optimizes B2B commerce of opportunistic CPG inventory.

We’re scaling quickly and looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our ABM-driven demand generation engine, fueling predictable pipeline growth and accelerating our path to market leadership.

The Opportunity

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and power revenue growth.

You’ll lead a cross-functional campaign team--including a copywriter, designer, product marketer, and marketing operations--to bring demand driving campaigns to market efficiency, using Asana to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll also bring a modern, AI-first mindset to campaign execution, leveraging new tools to boost personalization, scale content creation, and optimize performance.

This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Drive ABM Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and run multi-channel ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) targeting enterprise and mid-market CPG accounts.
  • Own pipeline generation targets and report on sourced and influenced revenue contribution.
  • Build integrated campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, webinars, and direct mail that move accounts through the funnel.
  • Manage a digital advertising agency to ensure ICP accounts are moving through the ABM funnel from awareness→engagement→consideration→decision→retention/expansion→ advocacy.
  • Bonus if you can concept and manage Google Ads and Microsoft ads that integrate into our LinkedIn advertising initiatives.

Lead Cross-Functional Campaigns

  • Manage and lead cross-functional contributors (copy, design, product marketing, marketing operations) through the campaign using Asana for writing campaign briefs, setting priorities and deadlines, assigning tasks, and driving accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Account Execs on account selection, messaging, and lead handoff to maximize conversion.
  • Document and operationalize campaign playbooks to scale successful motions across the company.

Optimize, Measure, & Innovate

  • Measure campaign performance, set KPI’s and iterate to optimize performance
  • Build and optimize landing pages, nurture flows, and digital channels to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop campaign dashboards, analyze performance, and continuously iterate to improve ROI, velocity, and marketing-sourced revenue.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation/growth marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
  • Proven success building and scaling ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Expertise in multi-channel digital marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email automation).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, SEMrush, Webflow, Google Analytics, and Asana.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for content, data enrichment, and performance optimization.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset, bias for action, and passion for driving measurable business outcomes.

Voluntary DEI Survey

Spoiler Alert embraces the diversity of all people, and we are fully committed to creating and maintaining an environment that is inclusive and respectful to everyone. We believe diversity is not a “nice to have”, but rather foundational and fundamental to our company’s fabric and success. We believe the voices and experiences of underrepresented communities lift us all up. We know that differences in race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetics, national origin, ancestry, age, medical condition, mental or physical disability, handicap, veteran status, and marital status all serve to enrich our organization. We believe that everyone’s unique experience helps us have a broader understanding of our customers’ needs and makes us a better company.

To help us ensure a fully diverse, equitable and inclusive working environment we invite you to fill out this voluntary survey so we can track and further our DEI efforts. The information you provide is 100% optional and anonymous and will not be linked to your name, identity, or application. We use this data to identify potential bias in the interview process, and improve our processes in the future.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
