Senior Registrar Operations Lead

Remote, United States

At Squarespace, we empower millions of creators—from artists to entrepreneurs—to build a brand and transact with their customers through a beautiful and reliable online presence. For every one of these customers, that journey begins with a domain—and we call it Dream it. Domain it.

The Domains product team owns the full domain lifecycle, from purchase and setup to management, renewals, and long-term portfolio health. Our goal is to deliver an intuitive, secure, and high-quality experience that supports customers at every level of domain knowledge.

This role is designed for a senior domain professional who combines deep industry expertise with hands-on operational and technical capability. You will be trusted to independently investigate and resolve complex issues, partner closely with Engineering to reduce manual workflows through tooling and automation, and represent Squarespace with confidence in external registry and policy-facing interactions.
