Overview
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing U.S. Product
organization supporting Newbook, our platform for RV parks and campgrounds. This role is an
opportunity to help shape the future of a mature product as we invest heavily in AI, business
intelligence, and new customer experiences.

You'll own a product area from discovery through launch while partnering closely with an
Australia-based engineering organization and helping expand our U.S. Product team. If you're
excited about influencing product strategy, solving meaningful customer problems, and helping
modernize an established platform, we'd love to meet you.

This role requires comfort using AI as part of everyday product management work, including
using AI tools and emerging agentic workflows to accelerate research, planning, communication,
analysis, and delivery. Your success will be measured by how effectively you align stakeholders,
prepare teams for execution, launch impactful solutions, and use data and feedback to improve
product performance over time.

What you'll do every day

  • Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and team capacity using structured prioritization methods.
  • Contribute to product direction by identifying customer problems, assessing opportunities, and recommending priorities within your product area.
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans for your team, including well-defined priorities, scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities for your area, including intake, ideation, launch preparation, adoption follow-up, and ongoing iteration.
  • Lead continuous customer discovery by conducting interviews, synthesizing feedback, and turning insights into actionable recommendations for the team.
  • Conduct research across customers, competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform decisions and improve product outcomes.
  • Write clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering to plan and execute with confidence.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design through refinement, sprint readiness, technical discussions, and delivery tradeoffs to ensure the team has clear, actionable work.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to build alignment, gather input, and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
  • Use analytics to measure adoption, usage, conversion, retention, and other product health indicators, and apply those insights to prioritization and iteration decisions.
  • Use AI tools, agentic workflows, and emerging AI-assisted development approaches to improve the speed and quality of research, planning, analysis, prioritization, requirements authoring, experimentation, and communication workflows, and identify practical opportunities to apply these capabilities within your product area.

What you need to bring

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to make sound product decisions.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, writing requirements, supporting product launches, and partnering closely with engineering and design in a collaborative delivery environment.
  • Ability to conduct customer discovery, synthesize insights, and turn findings into clear priorities and well-defined work for delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build alignment, clarify tradeoffs, and keep work moving across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve the quality, speed, or impact of your product management work.

Bonus points

  • Experience working on products in growth, acquisition, conversion, or revenue-focused domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and close partnership with engineering and design teams in an iterative development environment.
  • Experience operating with a high degree of independence while staying aligned to broader product and business direction.
  • Background working with cross-vertical or multi-product portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to visit customers, prospects, and partners as needed.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
