As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the marketing tech stack, infrastructure, and operations in partnership with the analytics and revenue operations teams.

ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

Key Outcomes:

  • Outcome #1: Increase Marketing Efficiency & Scale Campaign Execution
    • Optimize marketing automation, lead management, and CRM processes to improve speed and accuracy in campaign execution.
    • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools to eliminate data silos and improve collaboration.
    • Implement standardized workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance team productivity.
  1. Outcome #2: Improve Lead Management & Funnel Conversion Rates
    • Develop and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects and improve sales handoff.
    • Optimize lead routing and segmentation to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten the sales cycle.
    • Increase MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-close conversion rates through data-driven insights and process refinement.
  2. Outcome #3: Enhance Data-Driven Decision-Making & Reporting
    • Partner with our analytics and BI team to implement robust dashboards to track campaign performance, attribution models, and marketing ROI.
    • Provide real-time insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams to guide strategic decisions.
    • Improve data accuracy, compliance, and governance to ensure reliable reporting.

  • Experience: You bring 7-10 years of strategic GTM Operations expertise, with specialized proficiency in marketing operations.
  • Marketing Technology & Automation: You are a wizard at managing a marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between automation platforms, CRM systems, and data enrichment tools. You have built best-in-class lead scoring methodologies, segmentation, and nurturing workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize both how we work and the experiences we create for our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity, you embrace AI to up-level your team's productivity and impact, creating delight, delivering exceptional quality, and embracing the extraordinary in everything you do.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: You can develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and attribution models. Including translating data insights into strategic recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Process Optimization & Workflow Management: You are ruthless when building scalable marketing processes, including lead flow management, campaign execution, and compliance adherence. Ensuring the entire GTM team excels in operational efficiency through automation, documentation, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You understand that operational efficiency in not a single-person role and you are exceptional at breaking down barriers between teams (sales, marketing, CS, finance, etc.) to streamline the GTM operations roadmap and priorities, lead handoff, pipeline tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Communication: You're able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging. You’re effective across various mediums and are excellent at working in a remote-first environment.
  • Entrepreneurial: You like to spin up new initiatives and new approaches to solve problems. You work very hard, no matter how successful you have been.
  • Grit: You persevere towards challenging goals which may take months or year.

SALARY INFO 💸

Our starting salaries for this role range from $130,000 to $160,000 USD. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

For team members outside of the US we employ and pay through an Employer of Record (EOR). We take a location-based pay approach and compensation for this role is dependent on several factors such as location, work experience, job-related skills, business needs, and market demands.
