ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

As our Lead Brand Designer, you’ll design and develop compelling, multi-channel creative collateral that aligns with and amplifies marketing strategies aimed at driving demand generation and elevating brand awareness for Superhuman. This includes:

  • Concepting and executing assets across digital, social, email, web, paid media, events, and sales enablement
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and sales—to ensure visual consistency, high-quality storytelling, and a user-centric approach across all touchpoints
  • Leveraging data and feedback to iterate on creative and optimize performance.

Outcome #1: Make Superhuman the #1 AI-powered Email App for high-performing Teams by refining and evolving our visual brand.

  • Communicate Superhuman’s brand and product story effectively to our customers (consumer and business)
  • Define and execute a cohesive Superhuman brand language internally and externally
  • Manage relationships with design and marketing vendors and agencies; provide feedback and guidance

Outcome #2: Scale Volume & Velocity of High-Intent Self-serve Users through a multi-channel program strategy that leverages compelling collateral and creative.

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, web experiences, motion graphics projects, advertisements, and social creatives
  • Work with engineering, community, and social marketing teams to ship remarkable quality designs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to design digital communications across customer touchpoints, and launch announcements that support new products and features

Outcome #3: Support the growth of the Demand Engine through remarkable quality demand assets and collateral.

  • Develop process to effectively plan, strategize and support marketing and acquisition goals
  • Partner with the demand generation leader to execute pillar assets and support collateral used to drive prospect leads. This includes ebooks, infographics, custom landing pages, and other high-intent marketing collateral.

SALARY INFO 💸

The Lead Brand Designer role spans several internal levels and a wide breadth of experience at Superhuman. Our compensation band reflects the potentially broad range of candidates and experience levels that we are open to hiring for this role.

Our US-based salaries for this role range from $130,000-$155,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

We are open to candidates in the US, Canada, or Latin America. We take a locally informed approach to non-US-based compensation and will be able to share ranges based on your country of residence.
