About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team to create clear, compelling content across all formats — helping Syndio stand out, engage customers, and bring clarity to the market about what we do and the unique value we provide.

You’ll develop deep empathy for our buyers and stakeholders to understand their fears, hopes, and opportunities, and use this knowledge to educate and influence them throughout their journey. You’ll partner with analytics, demand gen, sales, and product teams to test messaging and experiment with new content types. Data will be your best friend to empower continuous improvement.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a empathetic individual who excels at collaborating with colleagues across all levels and teams. You'll leverage your exceptional writing skills and passion for creation, especially as you utilize AI to enhance speed and creativity. This role is perfect for an individual who brings strong judgment and has exceptional taste in content that resonates with multiple audiences. We’re especially excited about how out-of-the-box thinking can help us cut through the noise.

This position is ideal for someone who can handle ambiguity, has a bias for action, and has experience in startups — or who knows they’re wired for the pace and energy of one. If you’re a strong writer who loves to create, works well with colleagues across functions and levels, and are excited about using AI as an enabler of speed and creativity, keep reading!

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
